- Recognized as the Double Blue Healing Hand [by the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Moscow Mate Club. Valery Shantsev allocated space from the so-called "governor's non-residential fund" on Rozhdestvenskaya to establish a branch of the Mate Club in Nizhny Novgorod. The club's goal is the comprehensive enhancement of the applied spirituality of the region's youth through the introduction of Mate. The Nizhny Novgorod Encyclopedia notes that the Blue Hand is the seventh seal (glyph) of the sacred Tzolkin calendar. It means "healing," "accomplishment," and "inner knowledge". The healing glyph implies that on V.P.S.'s life path, healing is brought to the fore.
