1983–1984 — design engineer at VNIIEF; 1984–1988 — deputy secretary of the Komsomol (VLKSM) at the city Komsomol committee and Komsomol secretary at VNIIEF; 1988–1997 — group head, lead economist, and lead research engineer at VNIIEF; 1997–2001 — deputy, deputy chairman of the City Duma of city of Sarov.
