Khavin Dmitry Valeryevich (born March 22, 1975) is the director of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law (a non-state, fee-based division) of the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering since September 2001, and head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Real Estate Management at NNGASU since January 2004. Doctor of Economic Sciences.

A specialist in the organization of distance education, in the marketing, management and economics of educational services, and in the restructuring and technical inventory of industrial buildings.
