Noskova Olga Vladimirovna (born June 14, 1955) — the highest-paid showwoman in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, journalist, and professional organizer of media productions. She currently serves as Minister of Social Policy in the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
She leads corporate trainings on working with the Media.

Biography
Born June 14, 1955 in the city of Berezniki, Perm Region.
- In her senior years of school she firmly decided to get a higher education in Moscow and, after graduating, enrolled at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
- In 1977 — graduated from Moscow State University (Lomonosov MSU), Faculty of Journalism;
- From 1979 to 1982 — postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Journalism of Lomonosov MSU;
- In 1982 defended her candidate dissertation on problems of television communication;
- From 1977 she worked at the The City of Gorky Television Studio. She rose from editor to editor-in-chief of the news and publicistic programs department, and in 1992 became director of the TV company NNTV. In addition to running the channel, Olga Vladimirovna was the author and host of the regular programs "Действующие лица" ["Dramatis Personae"], "Право слова" ["The Right to Speak"], as well as a number of other television projects.
Being someone who cares about what happens around her, Olga Noskova was also actively involved in the political life of Nizhny Novgorod:
- From 1998 to 2002 she was a deputy of the Regional Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, where she sat on the budget committee and the social affairs committee;
- In 2006 she was again elected a deputy of the Regional Legislative Assembly. She headed the committee on informatization, work with public associations, and Media;
- In December 2007 she was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation as part of the federal list of candidates put forward by the United Russia", and in connection with this she was compelled to temporarily leave the post of director of the state institution "NNTV." In the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation she is a member of the State Duma committee on information policy, information technology and communications;
