"Made in Kulibin" is a trademark developed by the management company of the Special Economic Zone "Kulibin""") — the Corporation for the Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region — for labelling products made by the zone's residents. The mark was introduced in 2026.

History and purpose

The Kulibin industrial-production SEZ was established in May 2020 in Dzerzhinsk. The "Made in Kulibin" mark is meant to identify goods manufactured by the zone's residents and serves as a tool for promoting their products on the Russian market.

First recipient

In August 2026 the company RusSilica — a producer of micronized silica gels and stable silica sols — became the first resident enterprise to place the "Made in Kulibin" mark on its products. According to Yegor Polyakov, deputy governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, the uniqueness of RusSilica's position — the complete absence of domestic equivalents to its products — ensures a wide sales geography across Russia's regions.

Development plans

Igor Ishchenko, head of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, announced plans to extend the mark to the products of other residents of the Kulibin SEZ.
