Fedyakovo (disambiguation) is a large suburb of Nizhny Novgorod, a village of the Bolshoye Yelnino rural council of Kstovo District, Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is known for the nearby MEGA shopping mall and the working cemetery of the same name.
History
In the early 1980s, construction of the Gorky Nuclear Heat Supply Station (GAST) began near this village. Although the building was largely finished, the station was never brought into operation. At the treatment facilities, sold off for next to nothing, vodka (ROOM) and lemonades were bottled here.
In 2006 the MEGA shopping centre opened next to Fedyakovo.
Location
Located on the M7 highway Moscow–Kazan, near the eastern boundary of Nizhny Novgorod.
Archaeological and architectural monuments
- Fedyakovo-1 settlement site, 13th–18th centuries — 1 km northwest of the village, on the upper terrace of the high, steep left bank of the Rakhma River.
- Fedyakovo-2 settlement site, 16th–18th centuries — 1.4 km from the church at azimuth 200, in the upper reaches of a large ravine whose mouth opens onto the marshy floodplain of the Rakhma River.
- Fedyakovo-3 settlement site, 2nd half of the 1st — beginning of the 2nd millennium AD — 0.5 km northwest of the village, on the slope of the left bedrock bank of the Rakhma River, 0.5 km northeast of the Fedyakovo-1 settlement site.

Interesting facts
- Buried at the Fedyakovo cemetery is animal trainer Margarita Nazarova, star of the film "The Striped Trip" ("Polosaty Reys").
