Key facts of activity
He has been engaged in artistic wood carving since 1981. He has taken part in exhibitions since 1992. The main direction of his work is small-form sculpture on themes of Russian folklore. He is skilled in flat-relief artistic and ornamental carving. In 1996, as part of a creative group, he took part in restoring the iconostasis of the Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Savior. He is a participant in regional, interregional, and all-Russian exhibitions.

Academic degrees, honorary titles, state awards
Laureate of the professional skills competition at the "Bratina-2004" decorative-and-applied-arts festival. First-degree laureate of the 2nd All-Russian Competition of Wood Painting and Carving. Grand Prix laureate of the 10th Interregional Festival "Secrets of Wood-2005". The master's works are held in the Museum of History and Culture of the Moskovsky District and in the Museum of the History of Arts and Crafts of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. He was honored with a Letter of Gratitude from the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for his creative and public activity.
