Tyatinkin Viktor Viktorovich (born 14 December 1945) — General Director of open joint-stock company PKO «Teploobmennik» (Heat Exchanger). Doctor of Economic Sciences, associate professor of the economics department of Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev, academician of the Academy of Aviation and Aeronautics. Chairman of the Board of Directors of enterprises of the city of Nizhny Novgorod. Laureate of the Nizhny Novgorod City Prize in the field of science for 2001.

Key facts of activity
He began his career at "Teploobmennik" in 1974, working his way up through every rung of the career ladder from deputy head of the testing shop to deputy general director. From 1986 to the present he has been General Director and Chief Designer of OAO PKO "Teploobmennik". During this time OAO PKO "Teploobmennik" became one of the leading enterprises of Russia's aviation industry, engaged in the design and production of high-tech systems and units for fifth-generation aircraft. Products with no equivalents are currently being developed for the air conditioning systems of advanced aircraft.
