Kozlov Vasily Dorofeyevich (born December 28, 1948) — academic director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the State University – Higher School of Economics since 2001, general director of NRFPK (Nizhny Novgorod Regional Fund for Training Financial and Management Personnel), held concurrently. Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences.
Education
Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1972), electromechanical engineer; postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Institute of Engineering and Economics (1977); doctoral studies at the Academy of Social Sciences (1991).
Previous places of work
1972–1979 — senior engineer, deputy head, head of the equipment and capital construction department at the Sormovo CHPP (combined heat and power plant); 1979–1981 — head of the industry department of the Sormovo district committee of the CPSU; 1981–1992 — Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration, senior lecturer, head of the department of marketing and management; 1992–1995 — deputy Governor, director of the department of economics and forecasting of the regional administration; 1995–2001 — general director of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Fund for Training Financial and Management Personnel.
