"Stolitsa Nizhny" (Столица Нижний, "Capital Nizhny") is a Nizhny Novgorod-based development group of companies specializing in the construction of retail and residential properties. The company was headed by Oleg Sorokin, who later became mayor of Nizhny Novgorod.

The group's portfolio includes a number of major shopping centers in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2005, the "Respublika" shopping center, designed by the architectural bureau Ferrari Moscow Studio, was completed on Revolution Square.
