Nizhny Novgorod Technological Technical School (NTT) is a state secondary vocational education institution in Nizhny Novgorod, founded in 1940.[3] It is located at 90 Ilyinskaya Street. The school trains mid-level specialists and skilled workers for industry, the service sector, advertising and design, and information technology, and also admits students to legal specialties.[3]
Educational activities
The school offers programs for both skilled workers and mid-level specialists across a wide range of fields. The programs include welding production and the welder trade (manual and partially mechanized welding), artistic design and decoration work, photographic technology and art (with an additional creative exam), low-current systems electrician, construction machinery repair mechanic, beauty industry technologies, postal communications, and fee-based law studies.[3] As of 2026, the total number of state-funded places was about 230–275, and tuition for fee-paying study ranged from 68,000 to 90,000 rubles per year.[2][3] The passing score for state-funded places averages from 3.0 to 4.0 in terms of the average grade on the school-leaving certificate, depending on the specialty.
Organizational meetings for first-year students traditionally take place in late August at 6 Natsionalnaya Street.[1] Admission is based on the average grade on the school-leaving certificate; for a number of specialties, additional creative tests are required.[3]
