«Nizhegorodskoe Obrazovanie» (Nizhny Novgorod Education) is a periodical scientific-methodological journal included in the list of publications reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK). It is published by the Nizhny Novgorod Institute for Education Development (NIRO).

The journal is a periodical publication of NIRO — a state budgetary institution of continuing professional education that trains and retrains education workers of Nizhny Novgorod Region. The editorial board of the publication includes lecturers from Nizhny Novgorod universities and scholars from other regions; in particular, Alexei Yuryevich Petrov is a member of the editorial board — an academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology, Human and Nature Safety, and a federal expert for continuing professional development programs.
