Nina Borisovna Melnikova (born November 4, 1949) is head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy at the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy. Head of the "Provizor" testing laboratory for quality control of medicinal products. Doctor of Chemical Sciences, professor.

From 1974 to 2003 she worked at the Department of Physical and Colloid Chemistry at the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev, and since 2003 at the Faculty of Pharmacy of NNSMA.
