Vikulina Marina Anatolyevna (born 15 February 1953) is a professor in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after N.A. Dobrolyubov.

A follower of the school of Professor Alla Yakovlevna Zhurkina (Moscow, Institute of General Secondary Education of the Russian Academy of Education). She has published 85 works in total, including: 7 monographs, 6 study guides, 9 teaching and methodological manuals (including 1 bearing the UMO stamp of approval), and 29 scholarly articles. She has trained and supervised 8 candidates of science to successful defense. She is scholarly editor of the interuniversity collection of scholarly works “Problems of the Theory and Practice of Training the Modern Specialist” (Nizhny Novgorod, NGLU named after N.A. Dobrolyubov).
In September 2005 she was awarded a Diploma from the Foundation for the Development of Russian Education (Sochi) as a laureate of the competition for “Best Scholarly Book of 2005” among faculty of Russian higher education institutions. Her candidate dissertation was on the topic “Pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of Leadership Qualities in a Child's Personality (Senior Preschool Age)” (Nizhny Novgorod, 1997), supervised by Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Tatyana Aleksandrovna Repina (Moscow). Her doctoral dissertation was on the topic “Designing and Implementing a Personality-Centered Process for Training Teachers at a University” (Orenburg, 2001), with scholarly consultant Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and Chief Research Fellow of the Institute of General Secondary Education of the Russian Academy of Education, Alla Yakovlevna Zhurkina (Moscow).
