Kompozitora Kasyanova Street is a street in Nizhegorodsky District of Nizhny Novgorod, located in the residential area of Verkhniye Pechyory (Microdistrict 1). It is named after the composer Kasyanov.
Buildings and character of the street
The street is built up mainly with multi-story residential buildings. Building No. 1 is a 16-story monolithic reinforced-concrete building completed in 1995, with 92 apartments and a single entrance; the apartments in it range from one-room to seven-room units.[1] Building No. 5B is a nine-story brick building that was put into operation in the second quarter of 2018.[2] Building No. 11 is a 25-story building of the Helios residential complex, built in the first quarter of 2024.[2]
Infrastructure
In the immediate vicinity of the street are School No. 22 with advanced study of selected subjects (5a Verkhnepechyorskaya Street), Adult Polyclinic No. 7 (6 Verkhnepechyorskaya Street), Children's City Polyclinic No. 22, and the civil registry office (ZAGS) of Nizhegorodsky District (15k1 Verkhnepechyorskaya Street).[1] Building No. 1 houses pharmacies and a hair salon.[1]
