Irina (Lvovna) Rekshinskaya (born 18 May 1963) is a professional astropsychologist, physician, bioenergotherapist, artist, and head of a Creative Studio running an art-therapy programme. She teaches intuitive drawing and batik. She is the Nizhny Novgorod representative of the "Formula of the Soul" school of A.A. Astrogor.
Basic education: higher medical diploma from the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (NGMA), 1987 (professional medicine, sports medicine, dermatovenereology, homeopathy, foundations of Chinese medicine, bioenergotherapy). Speciality: clothing designer. Diploma from a private Academy, 2004. Specialisation — textile artist, clothing decorator. Astropsychologist. Diploma from the "Volkhvy" School of Russian Astrology, Moscow, 2005. Trained in courses including: karmic medicine, palmistry, Simoron ("Dancing Wizards"), Tarot, right-brain drawing, intuitive drawing, Tai chi chuan health gymnastics, yoga.

About Me
I am a creative person, an artist since childhood. Everything I do is creativity: consultations on the Formula of the Soul, bioenergetic work, teaching, any activity at all! Living in a flow of creativity gives a sense of happiness and joy, fullness of life, delight in existence, and harmonious interaction with people! I am aware that the Creator guides me and my path is unique and beautiful!
As soon as this awareness came, life changed and lit up with the bright colours you see in my works painted on fabric in the Batik technique. Batik is my long-standing source of love and joy! My classes at the School of Batik are art therapy, since they convey my state and open a creative channel in the students.

Intuitive Drawing
A group creative training in shedding stereotypes of seeing and thinking, "INTUITIVE DRAWING".

Batik is an ancient decorative and applied art of fabric painting, the basics of which anyone walking the path of self-realisation and self-discovery can learn — anyone seeking an engaging pursuit close to heart and inclined to create beauty.
This course is also an effective means of art therapy. As a rule, in the course of the classes a person's individual abilities open up, self-confidence appears, and life becomes much more interesting.
To learn to create pieces in the "batik" style, no special drawing or painting skills are required — the features of numerous techniques allow anyone willing to create their own unique works.
The main thing is your desire to step beyond the ordinary and become a true Creator.
Batik will let you become a one-of-a-kind designer-decorator of your own clothing and your own interior, to give gifts of original craftsmanship, and to delight yourself and everyone around you. And for some, making exquisite silk scarves, shawls, and panels will bring good earnings and become a new profession.
In the course of the classes, skills are given in working with all varieties of fabric painting and dyeing. This includes "cold" batik, "hot" batik, tie-dye batik, free-form painting, and decorating ready-made clothing made of silk, knitwear, denim garments, and accessories.
