Astrogor, Alexander Alexandrovich (b. 28 December 1949, 16:30, Irkutsk) — astrologer, astropsychologist, healer, researcher. In his own words: A man who speaks the language of the stars.

Biography

Born in Irkutsk. By his first education, a theatre director. He worked with children at the studio-theatre "Kamorka Papy Karlo" (Moscow).

From the first half of the 1980s he became known as a consulting astrologer and a researcher of the links between health, way of life and life goals. He developed "Formula of the Soul", an analytical method for assessing the potential of a personality and of events, based on his own system for interpreting chains of astrological planetary dispositors by rulership.

Author of the books "Formula of the Soul", "The Soul and Karma", "The Mysticism of Putin", "Energy Vampirism", "The Astrological Doctrine of the Chemical Elements", of the albums "I Speak the Language of the Stars", "The Power of the Formula of the Soul" and others.

About Myself

I was once a theatre director. I had to build up images of people, pictures of destinies, the characters of the heroes, to investigate causes and to show effects. And all of it had to be expressive, clear and beautiful. It should be said that a director's work is a fascinating one. It taught me to look into a character's soul and to fill it with the content it needed. At the same time I was drawn to the occult sciences, which in the end became my new profession. I was interested in palmistry and astrology, parapsychology and extrasensory perception, philosophy and Indian yoga, religions and much else.

From all these teachings I understood how Great and Harmonious the world is, how just its Laws are, and how we, who call ourselves rational, fail to live up to the title of "homo sapiens".

The time came when I grasped the metaphysics of the human soul, and then an interest in medicine appeared. I studied it on my own from books.

Every branch of medicine is concerned with treating the body. Strong and admirable schools have been created, thousands of works written. Avicenna created "The Canon of Medicine". But here is the trouble: illnesses are not cured, only patched up. The body is tormented and the soul suffers. Karmic medicine proposes approaching the treatment of the body through the Problems of the human soul. That is what "The Canon of the Art of Healing the Soul" is devoted to.

I called this work a canon because the time had come to derive the "Formula of the Soul". Over many thousands of years humankind has come to know the physical and biological essence of human nature, while the spiritual world has remained merely declared: if you wish, live by it; if not, do as you please.

To heal the soul one must know its canonical essence. And for that we shall gather, grain by grain, all the knowledge that can tell us about its nature, its quality and its condition.

After ten years of absorbed independent study, having mastered the practice of consulting, I grew disillusioned and realized that my work was a new heavy burden. I speak, but people do not hear. Everyone expects a miracle from me, yet I am no wonder-worker, no clairvoyant, no sorcerer; I am a free artist and philosopher. I realized that all people live, think and feel equally badly, selfishly and narrowly. Weary of the same human problems over and over, I began to hide. I stopped seeing visitors, did not answer the telephone, did not go visiting. I was in a state of "dead centre". This was 1989.

One day a woman tracked me down and asked for an appointment. For three months I managed to hide from her, but she was persistent and patient. Unable to withstand such pressure, I gave in and set a meeting. When she came, I did not draw up her horoscope or look at her hand, but simply asked wearily: "What has brought you to me?"

She began to tell me about her life. Family, relatives, husbands - everything was jumbled together in her account. Listening to her attentively, I realized that neither she nor her problems differed in any way from the rest. She is shaken about on the potholes of life's road, she "skids on the bends", she wants to know what will happen next and how, and she looks to an astrologer for a bit of "straw" to soften the fall, without trying to change or to understand anything in herself.

She was telling me about her family problems, and those are the problems of the zodiac sign Cancer. The laws of astrology said that the woman was herself to blame, that she was creating these problems herself, and therefore her stomach was unwell and she surely had an ulcer. I ask. "Yes, yes," she answers, "it was cut out," and goes on with her story. I see that she is full of self-importance, that she overestimates the significance of her own person, and these qualities are characteristic of the sign Aries. So she suffers from headaches, and her temperament points to a solar type of nature, which may indicate high blood pressure.

I ask about these ailments. She confirms them and goes on with her story. I keep listening. There is no balance in her relations with her husband. They live like cat and dog. I add the organs of the sign Libra: the kidneys, the lower back, and since all this has been dragging on for a long time, there are surely kidney stones as well. "Yes, yes," she again answers in a patter, not noticing that I am diagnosing her by her way of life, her deeds and her feelings. Only then did I understand, did I realize, that just like that a new method of diagnosing illnesses had opened up to me. I went on listening to the woman, asking her questions more actively, counting the named illnesses on my fingers. When I mentioned varicose veins, she started and answered briskly: "Yes, I had an operation. I have nine illnesses!" At that moment I bent the ninth finger on my hands.

Lord, there was no limit to my joy after that meeting! I had at last moved off dead center, and the knowledge I had gained took on a new meaning, was transformed qualitatively. I could see in which sector of the Zodiac her soul was thrashing about, forming problem zones in the body. Further practice convinced me even more that this method works.

But another line of thought is also possible: if we know the illness, then we can say in what way we are bad and sinful before ourselves, before other people, before Nature and before God. "Oh, oh," people would tell me in company, "you are dangerous to deal with, San Sanych." But someone would always say that he was already tired of his illnesses, and would ask me to name his sins. And I named them, taking the person aside so that he would shudder on understanding what he really is.

Many of our illnesses arise from secret thoughts that we never utter. I have learned to read those thoughts from a person's illnesses. The problems we live in circle around us like fate, drive us into a corner, force us to make new decisions.

I want to introduce you to what is hidden behind this strange term - "Karmic medicine." It will prove to be exactly that key, or that link, which is catastrophically lacking in present-day knowledge of human nature. I shall describe the essence of things through the secret mysteries; I shall lift the veil of mystery from the eternal problems of humanity; I shall teach you to see the signs sown throughout everyday life; I shall explain the meaning of what you hear, I shall show you your hidden world of feelings and thoughts. We shall analyze the drama of our life within a massive, solidly built reality and we shall see that we live in a reality of a lower order, a world of deception and illusion - Maya.

Having given up work as a director, I began to write the screenplay of karmic medicine. All the action unfolds on the stage of the Zodiac, and each of its areas (sign) sets the tone, dictates the norms, laws and rules. The life we have created is the scenery. The characters are all the people of the Earth. This performance will be lit by the Teachings, by the luminaries, the planets and the stars. Now and then an asteroid will rush past, striking someone with a revelation, a recovery, or the joy of discovering himself. This will be a performance in which everyone reading the screenplay will find himself in the leading role. "There are no small roles," said K. S. Stanislavsky.

On the stage of the theatre of life everything will be holographic, three-dimensional and truthful. You will see what you have never seen - your own "coming out," your own path and your own karmic finale. There will be no need to learn the roles here; every word, thought and action is painfully familiar and has been played more than once already. All that remains is to rethink it, before it is too late, and to play your new role, the one written in the Holy Scriptures, inscribed in stellar space. It is precisely these teachings that fill life with new spiritual qualities and content. And God is the chief director of the theatre of our life.

Everyone has the right to turn to Him in order to receive a new role, the kind of role he dreamed of back in childhood. You will have to go to the "chief director" for a long time, to shed many tears upon his soul. You will have to repent and beg forgiveness, to promise to be the person He wants to see in you. But that is for the weak. The strong build the new outline of their role themselves, by their own labor and always with enthusiasm. Having mastered it, they do not wait for something to happen, but seek a new outlook, a new approach and new abilities for a new role.

This is how the pebbles of experience and the grains of talent are gathered. It still remains to turn these stones of waste rock into precious ones, shining with the light of joy and love. If a person has precious stones in his soul, he does not scatter them about, insulting and humiliating others. That is done by those in whose soul the stones are of waste and coarse rock.

Nowadays we speak a great deal about how the time has come "to gather stones." There is a time and a place under heaven for everything. And if you feel the time, if you see its currents, if you hear its vibrations, then to enter it harmoniously, to live in it and to create in it will become a necessity. The stones of the teachings are scattered to unreachable spaces. They do not fall within the circle of our notions, and so they are rejected and vilified. Only a limited person, one who has not come to know the World Harmony, goes on scattering stones. Well, his time has not yet come, or perhaps he lags behind the times. Yes, to each his own, and to everything its own time. I try to find not opponents but like-minded people, capable of gathering, understanding perfectly well that all people are speaking about one and the same thing, only in different languages.

Under the influence of the occult sciences I changed my way of life, my way of thinking and my way of perceiving the world. I keep catching myself at the thought that I look at the world as if from the outside: I stand at the roadside and watch how, close by, people's lives trudge, walk or race along. I see the little lights of human souls moving along the roads of life. Some barely smolder, others glow, and still others burn brightly. It is plain that people are tired of living, tired of struggling to survive. They look for ways and methods somehow, if only a little, to live on this Earth. They have created and invented for themselves a multitude of vices, and for this illnesses choke them, fevers shake them, "accidents" strike them, but none of it does any good - the causes of their problems remain incomprehensible.

I saw on television, on a medical program, a doctor (!) demonstrating a method of therapeutic gymnastics she had developed for many illnesses. The host said to her, as if in passing, that the same illnesses could also be cured with herbs. Lord, what became of that doctor! Her face changed, she began to shake. "Anger is choking me!" she forced out, and then poured out a whole squall of accusations against herbalists who "have no diplomas but undertake to treat people." I am sure that she already has a choking syndrome, that she is tormented by spasms of the airways, because anger is choking her. She made this diagnosis for herself, but does not know why she is ill. And her misfortune is that no one will be able to help her, not one doctor or healer, until she turns to a herbalist. And for that she must repent, must confess her guilt before all herbalists - only then will recovery come, and the cause hidden from her, the karma created by her ignorance, will be lifted.

From this one example alone one can understand what karmic medicine stands and rests upon, and what the essence of the new approach to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases is.

Having begun to develop the teaching of karmic medicine, I felt that my views, my thoughts and my hearing had torn loose from the earth, that a "cosmic philosophy" had begun to take shape in my consciousness. This philosophy embraces space as a whole and at the same time, localizing it, drawing it into a focus, does not lose the sense of unity. Astrology turned out to be the key that helped to open up, to see and to understand the teaching of karmic medicine.

Through these systems of incoming knowledge each person can reach a new level of initiation, at which all the sides of our life find an explanation not hitherto understood in their essence.

As a person evolves, there comes a simultaneous awareness of his individuality and of his commonality with the Universe. The feeling of wholeness and unity is traditionally called "cosmic consciousness." A person feels mentally strong, for by identifying himself with the Whole he thereby partakes of the might of the Whole. And conversely, closing himself off in his own limitation (remember Derzhavin: "I am a worm, I am a slave, I am a king, I am God"), a person begins to feel insignificant before the grandeur of the Whole.

Humanity is constantly seeking the "philosopher's stone," and with each of its discoveries it illuminates an invisible facet of this crystal. And is not the very term "philosophical" charged with the idea that the "Crystal of Reason" must be assembled out of all the philosophical teachings and currents that exist? Even if they seem contradictory or absurd. Having built the structure of the philosopher's stone out of the World Teachings, we shall obtain and behold the Divine Light of Reason.

How many facets does the Crystal of Reason have? As many as there are people on earth, and that is why it is said that everyone has his own truth. Reason must be able to understand any truth. Knowledge of the human being is unthinkable without knowledge of the unity of the universe as microcosm and macrocosm. Humanity will wander for a long time yet along the beaten paths of scientific thought. Thought, like a river, must flow freely across wide open spaces, and the streams running down into it must fill and broaden its consciousness. In life we encounter the opposite: thoughts scatter back toward the sources, toward the headwaters, into subtleties and details, and come to a halt at the source, at the spring.

Here, not returning to the free expanse, they lose the gift of sensing unity. And then the idea or thought at the spring becomes so dear that there is no strength to part with it. The little spring becomes a feeding trough. This happens with all teachings, sciences and religions. They become orthodox. And so nature learned that it had been divided up into sciences, that it had lost Wholeness, Harmony and Divinity.

There is an old tale about seven blind men who felt an elephant separately. The same thing is happening with nature and with the human being. They have been torn into separate parts and teachings and cannot be put back together. On the physical plane such joinings are already taking place. It is no longer possible to make a new discovery in any field without joining with other fields of knowledge. Scientific thought moves along the path of natural science, whereas mystical experience has no need of this. The time has come to know the nature of the human being through his spiritual sphere, through an understanding of God's Providence, through the Signs on the Path that the Cosmos sends, and to unite all this with scientific research.

When scholars reach the summits of their knowledge, they will see that the mystics have long been waiting for them there. And I am already saying to them: "Greetings, good sirs! For two and a half thousand years I have been gathering empirical experience and knowledge grain by grain, I have kept it in my soul, I have deposited it in the 'bank of cosmic information,' so that now, at the turn of the twenty-first century, I might begin to unite it with your scientific research. I have the greatest respect for your labors, which prove more and more what our distant ancestors once knew."

Yes, the scholarly world has come close to uncovering perhaps the last secrets of the microcosm, but its mechanisms of operation can be understood only by beholding the spiritual substance of what exists. For humanity entering a new millennium, the measure of reason may be the need to know the world both objectively and subjectively.

Over the time humanity has existed, three powerful orthodox foundations have been created: the religious, the scientific and the mystical. Within each of them its own philosophy was created. The approaching age of Aquarius must mark the time when an interpenetration of all teachings takes place. For this a new philosophy is needed, one that serves mysticism, science and religion equally. In jest I would call it a "three-eyed philosophy," in which the right eye is science, the left is religion, and the "third eye" is mysticism. Together we shall take these foundations apart, cut and saw them into pieces, so as then to lay out from them a beautiful pattern of physical and spiritual perfection, unity and well-being. So that the stumbling stones lying between the various teachings may shine in the rays of a new philosopher's stone.

This penetration of knowledge will not happen all at once, not suddenly. And what was once considered heresy will today become a commonplace truth for everyone. For it is already known today that the treasures of medical thought are scattered throughout all the world's systems, teachings, schools and philosophies.

And meanwhile I, in laying the foundation of the Teaching of karmic medicine, am pointing out the points of contact of everything that concerns the human being and his health. I shall reveal this as a cause-and-effect relationship. We shall approach it through the past and the present, and then the future will not be an eternal riddle and a frightening mystery for us. We shall walk the roads of mysticism and of science, lighting them with God's Laws. It is known that "there is nothing new," that everything new is the well-forgotten old. Therefore some things I shall describe in detail, while elsewhere I shall skim across the surface, indicating that this is already well known, or shall present it as a sketch for further deep research. And I am certain that the ancient laws of medicine will prove the stronger, and the modern ones will be shaken by their own spiritual ignorance, but they will only be enriched by this with new discoveries and revelations.

I want, through new knowledge, to light a small lamp in your soul, to whose flame those in need of warmth and light will come flocking. Those whom you have warmed will warm others. To put it in the language of chemists, we shall be creating a spiritual reaction of complementation.

This work has been written not only so that you may learn about karmic medicine, but also so that your spiritual sight may gradually awaken as a new quality of perception, which always leads to physical purification.

And finally, we must understand that the world is knowable to infinity, and consequently it is not knowable to the end. Nature conceals within itself a multitude of secrets, the cosmos a multitude of riddles, and about the spiritual causes of human illnesses we still know nothing to this day. So there will be work enough for everyone, and for a long time. And may God help us.

Seminar "The Esoteric Teaching on the Chemical Elements" (5 classes)

The canons of chemistry have already been carved on the tablets of natural science, and no one will be able to shake these foundations. Nor is there any need to do so. Chemistry has matured as a science, but within its canons it has created only one facet of the crystal — the physical one. A crystal is always a volume; within it many facets meet, creating the strength of the construction, while the rays from its surfaces spread far beyond the limits of our Earth.

The present work demonstrates with full clarity how mysticism is able not only to enrich science, but also to allow it to make a colossal, qualitative leap forward. For a different understanding of the world, of its structure and interaction, lies in laws alien to science. And if one grasps the truths affirmed over millennia, applying the law of Analogy, science will acquire a new quality, and quantity too. For esotericism examines the inner, secret world of things and phenomena, which is revealed to the initiated. This knowledge is not accessible to everyone, for one must accept much of what the reason does not understand but the soul accepts. It is a misfortune when the soul does not accept — but what can be done if it lives in darkness?

For esotericists the light of Truth shines throughout the whole diversity of sciences, teachings, philosophies and religions. Mystics are interesting in that they reject nothing; their soul and consciousness do not live in contradictions, they are able to merge with the eternal without losing attention to particulars. Esotericists are more religious than any scientist, for they acknowledge the existence of God and of His power over all that exists on Earth and in the Cosmos.

All of science lives and works within the system of exoteric knowledge — open, accessible and comprehensible. This knowledge contains real things: atoms, bacteria and elements, and therefore it is not called into question. But why then can science not answer many questions? Precisely because it does not wish to understand another language and to accept another reality of the existence of things. The Apostle Paul said: "There must be differences of opinion among you." A most interesting thought! The Church itself approves of differences of opinion, so that people cannot for a long time reach the Truths that are scattered throughout the whole diversity of knowledge. But there is knowledge — esoteric knowledge — which holds the keys to joining various kinds of knowledge together.

Without the use of esoteric concepts it is difficult to find the optimal solution for the use of chemical elements. The history of science knows not a few cases in which scholars, attempting to refute astrology not merely by assertion, took up its study and became its ardent devotees. For example: the chemist, State Prize laureate, Professor Velichko Felix Kazemirovich. His research in the field of astrology and medicine has become required reading for astrologers.

In offering this research and teaching, I acknowledge that every new hypothesis must be linked with already known and indisputable laws and facts. When rational knowledge is powerless, the matter is taken up by astrologers, esotericists, mystics, volkhvy and Rosicrucians, for their conceptions of the world are far richer than any imagination, and then sacred things acquire a new practical and concise resonance. We are working to join the missing links, so that the facets of different teachings may shine and be firmly joined into a single crystal.

An enormous role in the development of chemistry was played by the alchemists, for they relied on esoteric, hermetic teachings. The alchemists are called Hermetic Philosophers or Philosophers of Chemistry, with a capital letter; this is an ancient tradition. The goal of alchemy, as everyone knows, is the transmutation of metals, turning simple base metals into gold and silver by artificial means. Mindful of the biblical "Golden Calf", I shall not teach you to create silver and gold, otherwise the fate of Atlantis, Sodom and Gomorrah will befall all the inhabitants of the Earth.

To comprehend the whole depth and breadth of the chemical elements one must be a philosopher and a mystic at the same time. How is chemistry taught in schools? Pupils are immediately immersed in the depths of concrete things. Rare is the child who sees in this subject scope for imagination. And all because chemistry has not become a philosophy of life, has not found its adepts, and those it did have it consigned to oblivion. No science can be called complete, and there is no end in sight to that completion, for the sciences do not know how to absorb into themselves all the possible knowledge scattered across the Earth.

The goal of this teaching is a psychological, philosophical, metaphysical, hermetic and scientific analysis of the chemical elements, in order to see their soul, their way of life, in order to discern the spiritual through the visible.

And then we shall be able to make a different analysis of the chemical elements, so as to be able independently to govern all chemical processes, both in our own organism and in the whole diversity of their manifestation. From the building blocks of the universe we shall construct the quality of being.

I am presenting you with two chemical tables at once. One is the traditional table of chemical elements of D.I. Mendeleev, but in an esoteric version, in which astrological signs and symbols have been arranged that make it easier to grasp its new cosmic, supplementary paradigm. The second table is the zodiacal one, where all the chemical elements are coiled in a spiral within the zodiacal circle. Every chemical element in this table has received its lawful place of existence, so that it may tell about itself with pleasure and joy — about its habits and predilections, about the priorities it chooses among its brothers and sisters.

I have done everything so that the new tables of chemical elements would come alive in your consciousness, filling up with new thoughts, feelings and even emotions. If blind and deaf people have their own alphabet, then why should the chemical elements not have one? They are alive! They have their own Alphabet, through which the chemical elements tell about their feelings, their troubles and their joys. I want your soul to rejoice at learning a new language of communication with that on which we so depend — with the chemical elements.

Hermes was the first to call man a "microcosm" and to express the idea that if you wish to know the Universe, then first know yourself. All this will lead to a qualitative change for the better in the life of every person. And that life will become healthy, spiritual and philosophical, and far longer. Who does not dream of this? It is precisely in this that the esoteric teaching about the chemical elements wishes to help people. The greater part of this teaching is devoted to human health, to man's ability to find a common language with every chemical element. The metaphysics of the chemical elements proposes studying the subtle and hidden processes that one can learn to govern, so that all the elements of the periodic table in the human organism are brought to normal, to harmony. Indeed, why is it that some elements are constantly lacking in the human organism, others are always normal, and still others are in excess? What governs these processes, how is harmony to be restored? About all this and much else this teaching instructs and tells.

Through the problems of the chemical elements a person works through the idea of his own spiritual imperfection.

For their problems in the organism immediately signal the disharmony in which he lives. Astrology will help to improve this matter considerably, to place the accents, to paint this problem in new colours and illuminate it with different knowledge. But for this the human mind must be engaged, a mind able to look broadly and deeply. And these kinds of knowledge will be needed not only for medical purposes, but also for the practical needs of husbandry.

The fundamental basis of chemistry is the table of the periodicity of the elements, the fundamental basis of astrology is the Zodiac, and the fundamental basis of morality is religion.

If these are the three bases, then they can be laid into the foundation of a single body of knowledge, and upon this foundation the Temple of Astrochemistry, of metaphysics and, if you like, of Alchemy can be raised. Foundations are always unshakeable, for in them there are truths. And if that is so, then everything that is true necessarily interweaves with the rest, forming an even more unshakeable Truth that reveals the essence of things and phenomena. The Russian school of astrology "Volkhvy" approaches the study of the problem in different aspects, which find common ground. These are the Cosmic, Divine, scientific, earthly and human aspects; among themselves they are united and inseparable, and "Comprehension of unity means enlightenment," said the great sage Lao Tzu. Only in this reading will the esoteric and zodiacal tables come alive in your imagination and give the keys to creative work.

The course offered — the esoteric teaching about the chemical elements — considers the subtlest forces of nature and the various conditions under which they are revealed. It will help scientists to understand the sacred meaning of the chemical elements and to shorten the time spent developing new chemical compounds. With the help of the teaching offered here one can purposefully seek what the times and circumstances call for. Every chemical element has a multitude of hidden esoteric levels, strata and connections, but they lie in languages foreign to science.

Metaphysics is that which lies beyond the visible reality of things; it works with the nature of another reality, that of images and symbols.

Metaphysics can be described not only in the language of physics and mathematics, but also in the language of astrology. Let me recall that astrology was once called the "Queen of Sciences." The Russian school of astrology "Volkhvy" is working to return this forgotten status to it. For astrology gives lessons in the integral knowledge of the world.

Open any textbook or dictionary, any encyclopaedia of chemistry, and about any chemical element you will read that it is used here and there, applied in this and in that — and nothing more can the specialists find or say about the element. Any doctor, psychologist, investigator or researcher asks dozens, hundreds of questions in order to find the truth. The teaching offered to you allows one to put specific questions to any chemical element, to set each of them a precise task. Science knows about the physical and chemical properties of the elements, about their inner and outer structure. But there are also other laws by which these same elements live. Astrochemistry has gathered them into itself, and it is able to disclose and explain these Heavenly laws.

The teaching knows how each element in the chemical table lives, what it breathes and what it thinks about.

In Holy Scripture it is said: "The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens" (Proverbs 3:19). Therefore,

Astrochemistry is not the mind but the reason of chemistry, its guiding star!

Here it is fitting to recall the words of D.I. Mendeleev that "the Periodic system contains far from everything that has so far been seen through the telescope of the periodic law in the boundless realm of chemical evolutions, and still less everything that may yet be seen." Is this not a hint given to us by a genius for the inquisitive and creative mind? And in order to see something else, other knowledge is needed, another language and another worldview. The truth is one, but the paths to it are many, and if the paths are right, then they do not contradict the truth but bring out its new facets. Therefore, do not close yourselves off from other knowledge, for there, Above, it all joins into a single "Crystal of Reason."

We know that a soul is possessed by all people, animals and plants; it is possessed by stones and minerals, by water and air, fire and earth. Everything that exists has its own soul. This teaching asserts that every chemical element has a soul!

The soul is eternal and is able to pass from one state into another, just as water occurs in a solid, liquid and gaseous state. So too in a human being the soul may find itself in different states: of joy or of grief, of admiration or of depression. Knowing these mechanisms, we can use the capacity of the elements for the correlation of processes, in order to balance a person's physical and psychic condition.

As it is among people — the soul of one person is drawn to another — so among the chemical elements a similar reaction takes place in their relationships. The same holds for the spirit of a human being and of a chemical element. Just as we cannot abide or accept something or someone in spirit, so the chemical elements resist in their spirit combining with those unlike themselves. The soul of a chemical element will interest us to a greater degree, for it is precisely in it, in the soul, that the secret mechanisms of relationships are hidden. Besides this, we shall also see the spirit of each chemical element, its force laid down by the Cosmos and its quality controlled by God. Let me explain at once that the spirit of every chemical element is kept in its atom, and the soul in its electron shell.

The soul and the spirit are created by the Laws of Cosmic and Divine Harmony; they live, manifest and assert themselves according to these Laws. Therefore, having understood these Laws, we can understand any being or substance possessing a spirit clothed in a soul. And the immutable Laws of Unity and Analogy will help us to make sense of all this. These Laws are written on the tablets of the most ancient teachings; they were obtained empirically (sensory experience as a source of knowledge), by way of revelations and initiations. Every ancient teaching bears within itself secret, mystical knowledge about the hidden mechanisms of the essence of things and phenomena. This is what we shall be coming to know, so that our consciousness may expand and thought itself may begin to penetrate into the idea we have focused upon.

Until now humanity has been occupied with supplementing the elements lacking in the human organism or with removing, expelling the excess, achieving the "golden mean" on the physical level. The time has come to interweave the Great Laws of the Universe into this fundamental scientific knowledge. The metaphysics of the chemical elements proposes studying the subtle and hidden processes that one can learn to govern, so that all the elements of the periodic table in the human organism are brought to normal, to harmony. Indeed, why is it that some elements are constantly lacking in the human organism, others are always normal, and still others are in excess? What governs these processes, how is harmony to be restored? About all this and much else this teaching instructs and tells.

If we see all the elements through human character, then we shall be imbued with a deeper understanding of them, and a person's character is directly linked with his fate and his illnesses — this is what karmic medicine teaches us. By drawing such analogies, we can treat a person faster and better. At present great attention is given precisely to the lack of chemical elements, of certain microelements, and there even exist special tests by which hair is analysed for its content of elements: which are plentiful, which are scarce, and which are normal in the human organism. A person says that the doctor recommended he take calcium. From the esoteric table of chemical elements we see that calcium corresponds to the sign of Taurus, which has its own laws of existence; by violating them a person loses this element. The esoteric and zodiacal tables of chemical elements can very quickly serve you in finding the causes that gave rise to the problems, and removing them is the task of karmic medicine.

Like every esoteric teaching, the teaching about the chemical elements rests on the fundamental basis of all teachings, derived by Hermes Trismegistus. I have already written about these laws in my other works, and here I shall recall that they are all permeated by the unity, likeness and interconnection of everything that exists on Earth and beyond it. Here is one of the hermetic laws: "That which is below is like that which is above, and that which is above is like that which is below."

This teaching about the chemical elements will allow us to view them through astrological symbols and images, and then it will be clear to us how the elements work according to the elemental principles, what semantic load the idea-zones of the Zodiac give them. The language of the crosses of the Zodiac will become clear to us — the energies in which the chemical elements bring the greatest benefit by their existence. The zodiacal circle contains within itself all the organs, systems and functions of the human organism, and the chemical elements of each sign, lined up in a row, will explain the meaning and force of these elements for each organ. We shall learn to speak with the chemical elements in the Cosmic language, and shall understand their Divine providence. And this will make it possible to find a broad and competent application for them in everyday life.

The spiritual Teacher Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, in the book "Harmony and Health," reasons on this theme thus: "I am telling you about certain plants whose roots are not in the earth and which live suspended in the air, drawing vital forces from the atmosphere. How have they succeeded in this? If plants are able to absorb under such conditions all the elements necessary for life, then how much more probable is this for people! Chemists say: 'These are chemical processes, chemistry all around…' Yes, of course, chemistry is in everything, but chemistry is subordinate to the spirit! The spirit is able to produce healing chemical elements. Medicine has not yet come to know these possibilities of the spirit, does not agree that they exist — and in this lies its error."

The time will come when humanity will correct the working of the organs, systems and functions of the human organism not with the help of inoculations and vaccines, pills and mixtures, but with God's grace, without financial and technical expenditure, and will learn to cleanse human flesh and souls and to strengthen the human spirit. Lord, give us strength, reason, love and patience, that we may acquire the grace of the Holy Spirit and work Thy wonders! Karmic medicine and the teaching about the chemical elements tell us that the acquisition of the grace of the Holy Spirit is work with the subtle energies of the chemical elements at the level of isotopes.

In Kazakhstan I became acquainted with the doctor of chemical sciences Kairzhan Mustafinovich Shalmagambetov, who wrote out for me the formula of a preparation he had developed for cardiac patients and proposed that I decipher it in zodiacal terms. He was the first to propose such an unusual idea. Over each chemical element I placed a sign of the Zodiac and began to interpret for him which organs, systems and functions the elements in his formula affect. Astonished and shaken, he said that it was precisely these qualities, acting precisely on these organs and systems, that he had been trying to build into the preparation. We spent many days together, discussing the significance of the valence of the elements, the role of the halogens, the metals, the noble gases and the like, and for everything a concise esoteric explanation was found, coloured with Divine and Cosmic hues. After this I was convinced once again that the East is a subtle matter, that they receive something mystical, something secret, more deeply and more subtly. And what if they were the first to be given this teaching?

Chemists like to appeal to the law of analogy, which rests on real material correspondence, on the similarity of elements by the nature of their structure, their bonds and many other features. The reasonableness of such a material approach has proved its existence. But why is it that an analogy with other knowledge that humanity has accumulated is still not accepted?

Of the 107 chemical elements known today (1981), 89 elements have been found in nature, the rest have been obtained artificially. The metaphysics of the chemical elements could only have been discovered in Russia, just as the table of the periodicity of the elements could only have been created there, which is what D.I. Mendeleev did. And even the Christian religion's teaching about the trinity of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit finds confirmation in the periodic table of chemical elements. For the Cosmic and Divine uniqueness of Russia consists also in this, that it is divided into 89 regions, just as the Starry Sky has 89 constellations, 89 elements have been found in nature, and even in Moscow at VDNKh 89 pavilions were built. 89 is also a harmonious Fibonacci number. The Russian school of astrology "Volkhvy" places God and the Cosmos at the head of all things and phenomena, and only then everything else, for the latter is secondary, dependent, subordinate.

Science is so arranged that everything new announces itself like Newton's apple. From such a blow many begin to have headaches and rising blood pressure, they begin to rush about and hurl "thunderbolts," they begin to shake and shudder merely because this idea did not fall on their own head — and so they lose it. Others, under the impression of the new idea, are illumined like Newton by a new light of knowledge and new ideas, and their scientific and cognitive process advances for the good of people.

With this teaching I initiate all enthusiastic and interested people into the world of esoteric knowledge, all who wish to make their contribution to the knowledge of the world. And I give it as a gift to all those whom the words astrology, alchemy, metaphysics and esotericism do not fill with horror, do not shake, do not rattle and do not irritate. I want everyone who becomes acquainted with this teaching to acquire a dream, the joy of creativity, a new light of thoughts, so that fresh colours appear in his life with which life can be painted. All who have accepted this teaching will fall into an invisible current of such force that they will themselves begin to do great deeds, to the measure of their knowledge and abilities.

Your cosmic time

"A person's life flows and develops by a precise cosmic clock. Both on Earth and in the Cosmos, the number 12 reigns on the dial of time. Earthly clocks measure out the time of life in seconds, minutes, hours, days and so on, while a person is all the while trying to speed them up, to stop them or not to notice their movement. What do we not do with earthly time, compressing it into an instant or, out of laziness, stretching it into infinity. And yet the song puts it rightly: "Do not look down upon the seconds…".

In their best qualities, time and space expand with the help of intuition and wisdom, which lead a person through life as harmoniously as God wishes. Only by living by intuition will a person correctly start the clock of his earthly deeds, and wisdom will help him to set his tasks and goals right, to save his strength and health so as to fulfil his Divine and Cosmic programme. If we define the Cosmic programme by time and space, by the energy force of the planets and of the person himself, then each person's Divine programme is governed by the moral deeds he performs in his life.

By the cosmic clock, each sign of the Zodiac takes in seven years of any person's life. Here we are all alike. And it does not matter under which sign you were born – the hands of your earthly life will begin their cosmic count from the sign of Aries. Hermes Trismegistus said that Aries is the first cause of the influence which the gods exert upon the Earth. From birth to seven years, under the sign of Aries, we are all infants. At seven, under the sign of Taurus, the sign of vital force, we all go to school, and we are told: "Knowledge is power". From fourteen, under the sign of Gemini, we settle on a profession and on obtaining a specialised education. From twenty-one, under the sign of Cancer, each person begins to build his own family life, and so on.

Thus, every seven years a person enters a new life programme and works out its laws. And it is the same for everyone, with the only difference that an astrologer can read, taking into account how the planets fill the signs of the Zodiac in a particular horoscope. In every horoscope there are empty signs in which there are no planets – a vacuum, zones of depression, in which a person loses his job, falls ill and becomes disenchanted with life. Yet all this can be avoided if one finds answers to the question: what will happen to me next, what awaits me ahead, how should I live in order to find satisfaction of soul and of spirit?

One must remember, however, that in a vacuum a person can rely only on himself, for it is precisely in this period of life that he tells everyone that nobody loves him, that nobody needs him, that he is invited nowhere. Then he begins to pester his friends, displaying his helplessness, and they, seeing this, easily use him for their own selfish ends. In such periods of life a person loses himself, while the horoscope and the formula of the soul teach us how to be ourselves.

The twelve signs of the Zodiac under which a person is born show us the Cosmic Path. On this Path a person will meet everything that fate has ordained for him. Each sign has its own virtue, its own Guardian Angel, and on meeting him fate changes for the better.

The full circle of the Zodiac covers 84 years of life, and this is the cycle of the planet Uranus, which speaks to us of the conscious, reasoned circle of life that every person must pass through. The Bible (Dan. 12 : 3) says: "And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever". In this span he must receive Cosmic and Divine initiation, after which a person fulfils his mission on Earth and may continue his perfection at the galactic level.

Each planet stands in some sign of the Zodiac and in a particular degree. By this degree one can determine exactly the time of the greatest influence of that planet. If the 30 degrees of a sign are divided by 7 (30 : 7), we obtain a figure which will show you how many degrees there are in one year of a person's life. 30 : 7 = 4.2 years. For example, some planet in a horoscope stands in Virgo, 22 degrees. 22 : 4.2 = 5.2. The beginning of the sign of Virgo is 35 years; add 5.2 years and we get 40.2 years. Let us remember, however, that if there is even one planet in any sign of the Zodiac – and not a mystical, fictitious point – then it works for the whole sign, but acquires its greatest force in its own degree.

Read this topic from the very beginning up to the place matching your present age. Then you will understand how and which programme in your life you have missed, failed to carry out or failed to see. Or perhaps nobody helped you, nobody prompted you, nobody set you on the true path. But if everything corresponds to the years you have lived, then it means you have lived in a cosmically correct way. Live on boldly, listening to your inner voice. If there are failures in these programmes, then dissatisfaction with the years you have lived will inevitably appear. An astrologer will give you a full analysis of the fateful regularities inscribed FROM ABOVE.

When you have read this whole topic through, you may discover that in some life programmes you have gone far ahead. That is good, for on reaching the required age it will be easy for you to polish to a fine finish the qualities of fate and character, of soul and spirit, raising them to a new height. But it may also be that you are already well past 60, yet the cosmic programme of your development stopped in youth. That means something must be undertaken in order to avoid the degradation of the personality. Any delay in cosmic and spiritual development at these stages also leads to a mass of illnesses, and the person says that he has "a sack of diseases". How much time, strength and money he loses because he is obliged to deal with his health instead of with self-perfection.

More specific information, however, personally for yourself, you will obtain by coming to a consultation with an astrologer. He will lead you through the cosmic stages of your life, will point out the significant points of fate, will bring you out of the empty dead-end zones of your horoscope. For the stars incline the weak and compel them to submit, but they help the strong. Strength can and must be found. It is encoded in the formula of your soul, which astrologers know.

Read this topic attentively, and you will understand what you should occupy yourself with, how and where to lead your soul, how not to miss the development of your children, how to prevent serious illnesses. And I so wish that every one of you reading this book might say with pride: "MY YEARS ARE MY WEALTH!"

Up to 7 years

This life cycle begins for all people at the moment of birth and is described by the sign of Aries. In this period of life a person is still only a bud, a seed, a flower bud that has received through its birth an impulse for development. In this period he comes to know himself and the world around him. But at this time the child does not belong to himself, he is the karma of his parents. Whether that karma is bad or good is another matter, but all the parents' attention is concentrated on him. The child's young mind records and accumulates the facts of real life emotionally and haphazardly. Then he notices the regularities that link some phenomena with others. He tries to adapt to the conditions and demands presented and offered to him.

The parents' task is to recognise the character, habits and skills which he has brought with him from past lives. Note in the child every inclination and ability which he displays on his own. And for this it is necessary to create for him conditions for becoming acquainted with the surrounding life that are as varied as possible. This will allow you to build the system of the child's upbringing and education correctly. In this period it is essential to consult an astrologer, so as to teach him at an early stage to smooth out the inner and outer energies of his horoscope.

It is very important to know the formula of your child's soul, which is the formula of his fate. This will help you not to turn your own fate and the child's life into a nightmare. The sooner you learn about the child's inner essence, about what God has laid upon his soul, about how the Cosmos will help him throughout his life, the fewer problems you will have with the child. Whatever planets stand in the sign of Aries, such are the abilities your child will display, regardless of the sign under which he was born.

From 7 to 14 years

Here a person enters the cosmic zone of the sign of Taurus. This is the most important and significant period in every person's life: a period of accumulating vital forces, of forming the energies which will carry him through life. It is very important in this period to form varied creative abilities. The seed once cast into the earth begins to fill with sap, to strengthen its roots and gives its first shoots on the surface.

In every person's life this happens as follows: at 7 he goes to school, and the accumulation of knowledge begins (knowledge is power). Yet a pupil rarely responds to what the school teacher offers, for the education system is drab. But the child engages splendidly in supplementary, out-of-school education, abilities develop, the first signs of mastery and talent appear – all that will help a person to stand firm in the harsh conditions of life.

Taurus is a sign of practical foundation, of reliability and stability. At this age the child needs to be given as many skills as possible, and to have his abilities developed. Let him attend, as he himself wishes, all the clubs of artistic or technical creativity that interest him. A master will lead him into creative life, will breathe that life into him, filling it with quality content. The more you load him, the more inner confidence he will have in independent life. On this will depend the level of oxygen saturation of the whole organism, of each of its cells, and the sufficiency of calcium. If this period of development is missed, then life problems and health problems will declare themselves sharply at 35. The parents' task is to teach the child to live not by the satisfaction of his personal needs with material and financial goods, but by the ability to draw strength from inspiration, interest and enthusiasm, drawing it from the surrounding space and from nature.

From 14 to 21 years

This age is under the patronage of the sign of Gemini. Out of the seed a stem and a multitude of leaves have appeared above the ground, with which it can shield small plants from wind, heat and hardship. And a person must already stand out from the main mass of his peers by his knowledge and interests, must help the younger and the weaker in their studies. Here the child becomes more independent, and he is capable of taking independent decisions.

At this age a person already works well with a flow of concrete information, and therefore his cognitive need should be supported, various encyclopaedias and dictionaries should be acquired. This period of life teaches him to preserve for his whole life a lightness of thought and of communication. The main question arises for him: where to go to study? He already knows who he wants to be, to what he will devote himself in life, and he continues his conscious education in the profession he has chosen. Here a person is like a computer that needs software, with which he will load himself for the whole of his life. In this period it is important to turn to an astrologer, in order to adjust the profession and the soul of the young person, seeking coincidences between possibilities and desires. This choice can also be made by the planets which stand in the sign of Gemini, but often there are no planets here and therefore the choice can be made only by the formula of the soul.

This age calls a person to travel, to hikes, to explore the space of the city or region in which he lives. A person acquires many friends, the memory of whom he will preserve for the whole of his life. Here brotherly relations towards all people are worked out; otherwise an early pathology of the hands and of the respiratory organs, of the vessels and systemic disorders may appear.

From 21 to 28 years

This cycle of human life is described by the sign of Cancer. Here the cosmic period of youth begins. Only by this period does a person mature for independent life. Here a new foundation is created, qualitatively new interpersonal relations are laid down. And this is connected with the creation of one's own family. The family is a sacred place in a person's life, in which love, understanding, support, joy and warmth must reign.

Cosmically, the woman must be head here, this is her sacred destiny. The man is the provider, it is his duty to support the family, to earn, to build, to repair and so on, and so on. But nobody relieves him of the upbringing of the children either. The programme of this sign and of this period consists not only in creating a family, but also in laying into one's family traditions, while preserving the traditions of one's parents, the continuity of the generations.

With the creation of a family a new emotional and sensual background is formed in a person's life. If this background does not carry within it good feelings and emotions, then all the person's health problems converge on the stomach, the pancreas, the gall bladder and the reproductive organs. Until the microclimate of the family changes, no one will cure you of chronic diseases.

From 28 to 35 years

Having worked through all the programmes of the preceding signs, the wheel of life brings a person into a new seven-year cycle, that of the sign of Leo. This is the sign of creative practical fire. It is a time for the inner creativity of the soul and the spirit. The colours of life grow brighter and its images lighter. Here one feels the fullness of heartfelt satisfaction with one's cause, one's work, one's children. During this period a person projects the rays of his happiness into space with particular force, increasing the warmth of the heart. He breathes with his heart, and in it are joy and love. Here the real fruits of his labours become visible: what he has lived all these years for. In this period a person ought to become especially noble, and refinement shows in his manners. This is the best time to devote oneself to children, to their upbringing and education.

By this time the scale of his systolic blood pressure holds firmly within the required parameters. But if the heart is vain and selfish, it acquires chronic illnesses. If a person has not established the rhythm of his happy life, the first signs of arrhythmia appear in his heart. If his heart has not been filled with love, the doctors will diagnose "heart in-sufficiency", and for some "acute heart failure". All the signs of heart defects are a defect of heartfeltness, of soulfulness and of spirituality with which a person lives.

From 35 to 42 years

The time has come to analyse what you have achieved in the development of your soul and spirit, what you have lived for. This is the sign of Virgo. Over these seven years God and the Cosmos test a person for the quality of his earthly service. This is a time when order must be brought into everything, first of all into oneself, into one's thoughts, feelings and deeds. One must work out for whom and for what one lives, whom and what one serves.

Have you not forgotten that beside you there are not only people, but also nature, the plant and animal worlds, the sky with its gods and stars? In this period everything finds its place, everything finds a use and an explanation. Debts to those close to you are cleared, attitudes to work and to society are analysed. Life becomes more ordered. A person teaches and educates others still more by his own example.

He takes any task as service to people, but one must not seize upon whatever comes along. It is precisely in this period that a person becomes more attentive to his health. It is disturbed if a person violates the cosmic programme of this period of life or is not ready for it. All problems begin with the intestines. Illnesses – from infectious intestinal ones to diarrhoea and constipation – will pursue a person who violates the cosmic programme of the sign of Virgo. Calcium is leached out of the bones or accumulates in the joints. Problems begin with the magnesium or chromium balance in the human body.

From 42 to 49 years

Half of life is behind you. The stage of personal life has been passed. Youth has ended and cosmic maturity begins. Your children have become independent, so you can attend to yourself. This period in a person's life is described by the sign of Libra. He has passed through all the difficulties of the personal plane; here all relations with partners are evened out. In this period the sense of justice becomes keener. A person sees life in a broader aspect.

His horizons widen, his feelings and thoughts are filled with new qualities. The pan of the world scales, with good and evil, settles into balance. The wise man makes his peace with this reality, understanding that everywhere and in everything the same regularities are at work. And what is in your pans on the scales of life? Which pan outweighs the other? This position will be reflected in the condition of your kidneys. One must not carry the burden of old problems into a new life.

Place on the right-hand pan the words: all is well, I forgive everyone, I bear no grudges, there is no malice in me, I do not get irritated, I love, everything is God's will. And take off the left-hand pan the words: how bad everything is, I hate, I cannot stomach it, I shall never forget, I do not forgive offences, and so on. And now the left pan is empty, while the right one, filled with good thoughts and feelings, does not outweigh the left. The pans are in balance, you feel light and joyful. In this period of life a person's inner and outer culture rises especially: he brings aesthetics and harmony into everything, and enters social life renewed.

From 49 to 56 years

One of the most responsible periods of human life. It is governed by the sign of Scorpio. In the course of seven years a person is obliged to transform his thoughts and feelings into a new quality: from the earthly and material to the subtle and deep. Here the qualities of your thoughts and feelings must be governed by intuition alone and must penetrate into the very essence of things. This is a time of preparation for an entirely new perception of the world, into which you will bring your own qualitative changes. But until they manifest in your soul, you will bite yourself and others, blaming everyone for your own failure.

In this period a person is even more vulnerable and easily wounded. He does not like the way people look at him, the tone in which they speak; all of it irritates and angers him. He is jealous and aggressive. At this time a person rebels against the social order and looks for the means to transform it. Yet what needs transforming is himself, for in this period the transformation of human life takes place in everything. This is a period of life and death, but let everything past, bad and heavy die within a person, so that he may pass from the past into the future.

One must go deep into the inner world of one's thoughts and feelings in order to make sense of oneself. One must understand how the body works, its organs and functions, where they are strained and what hinders them. Here a person is obliged to neutralise the poison of his soul completely. At this period of life the influence of certain physically heavy energies comes to an end and the restructuring of the organism into the subtle spiritual sphere begins.

From 56 to 63 years

Only now does the soul receive full relief, for it enters the pure energy zone of Sagittarius. This is a period of the light of the soul, unfolding within a person and leading him into a bright future. Here a person catches fire with the flame of the soul. Like the flame of a candle he draws to himself those who thirst for peace and calm and those who seek the Truth. The light of Truth lies in religions and philosophical teachings, and so this age is the age of Teachers, of Gurus, to whose soul-light disciples come flocking. Teachers are the keepers of the knowledge that humanity has accumulated. Here there are no ethnic or confessional borders: the Christian, Muslim, Buddhist and Jewish religions live side by side.

An understanding comes that God is one. Here a person sets out on the Path of the Initiates. This is an altogether special reality: a person breaks away from everything earthly, and all passions finally die out in him. A particular drawing towards spiritual knowledge, towards practices of the soul, appears. Here a person becomes a subtle psychologist, a knower of souls. Thoughts about the meaning of life do not oppress him; they become an inalienable part of his existence. A person begins to see the little flames of human souls – smouldering, burning and shining. He tries to reconcile all people, to make them brothers and sisters, joining them to Heaven. Retrograde planets in this sector of the Zodiac help a person to accelerate the programme of spiritual development. Here, with the help of spiritual fire, the fortress walls of conservatism are destroyed.

From 63 to 70 years

The wheel of your life has rolled to the very highest point of the horoscope. Only now does the period of old age begin. In Japan old age is considered the very best time of life. Here Capricorn holds sway. From the mountain top he sees, hears and feels space and time. A person has gathered a great experience of life, has been filled with philosophy and spiritual light. Experience is the understanding of truths in all the events of life. Experience allows one to sense the coming time and coming events with great clarity and obviousness. The time has come to become Wise. Wisdom is the ability to keep silent, it is brevity of statement, the ability to see at once the deep and lofty essence of things.

A person understands that the world is well and rightly organised, that all its elements work perfectly. He studies legends and myths still more deeply, understanding that they preserve the memory of the past. He studies fairy tales, knowing that they speak of possibilities a person does not use. Here all authority is subordinated to Wisdom. A person lives by God's Law: judge not, and ye shall not be judged. In this period of life a person speaks only in parables, proverbs and sayings, and when he is asked about something, he answers in riddles. He tries to isolate himself from other people, becoming an observer. He stands, as it were, on a height, at the edge of the road, and watches life walk, run or trudge past him. He understands that it is useless to interfere in the lives of other people, that everyone must walk his own path.

From 70 to 77 years

Now, when the soul and the spirit have attained their perfection, a period of subtle and deep awareness begins. It is governed by the sign of Aquarius. This age carries within it the trampling of every idea of legality. In this period the final formation of consciousness takes place, a consciousness capable of creating reality by thought. Here the intellect develops, which gives Initiation into Cosmic Consciousness, and a person receives clear knowing. At this age the memory of past lives is unblocked.

Thought and words are honed and focused into capacious concepts. Every word spoken is a grain of gold, and thought is a ray of light. These are aphorisms, winged words, anecdotes. Such people make up the literary and spiritual mentality of a people, of a country, bringing about revolutionary changes of consciousness. They end up in the series "The Lives of Remarkable People". Wings seem to grow on a person's shoulders. He chooses himself a disciple capable of replacing him. The influx of vital forces at this age comes through thought, ideas and discoveries that a person can make only for himself, without counting on society's demand for them. At this age it is enough to live surrounded by intellectual friends for consciousness and body not to fade.

From 77 to 84 years and beyond

Between the world of things and the world beyond runs a border impenetrable to the ordinary senses. This is the period of Pisces – the deep watery element. Here silence and calm reign for feelings and thoughts – that which every person seeks all his conscious life. Many in this period lapse into childhood, forgetting that the Lord said: "Be as children" – but do not lapse into childhood, karmic medicine adds, for that is already Alzheimer's disease.

It is precisely at this age that it is widespread among people. Day by day a person weakens, breaks more and more with the physical world, and three quarters of his being is already elsewhere. He no longer thinks either about material goods or about wealth, but already knows that one more life awaits him – a life beyond, above the heavens, in an incorruptible body.

A person gains sight of the primordial essence, which is God. Spiritualised primordial images appear before him. But for this one must, as it were, go under the water, where nothing is seen, nothing is heard, and no word can be spoken. In this period of life one must stop darting about like fish and instead enter the current of pure feelings and thoughts. Otherwise privations and confinement cannot be avoided. Live with the thought that we, being mortal, shall become immortal. Every person comes to this period of life by the longest road. He goes through illnesses and sufferings, through privations and limitations, overcoming the thresholds of secret enemies. But a person's path is not in vain, it is worth it in order to come into a new Kingdom – the Kingdom of Heaven. And may God help you!"
