Murmansk Higher Marine Engineering School (1988), navigation on sea routes, qualification – marine navigation engineer; Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management and Business (2000), qualification – Master of Management. Since 2003 he has been studying in the correspondence postgraduate program of NIMB.
Key facts of career
During his studies at the marine school and his work at sea, up to 1995, he rose from ordinary seaman to senior assistant to the captain, ocean-going navigator. From 1995 to October 1999 he worked in various positions at the Russian representative office of "Xerox" in Vladivostok, Moscow, and Nizhny Novgorod. In 1999 he was appointed advisor to the director at the "Energosbyt" branch of Nizhnovenergo", in August 2000 – deputy director for customer relations, from August 2001 – first deputy director of the "Energosbyt" branch . On 22 April 2002 he was elected general director of JSC "Dzerzhinskaya TETs" in connection with the resumption of the project to build a combined-cycle gas unit for Block No. 3. On 22 November 2005, in connection with the reform of the power industry and the restructuring of the company, he was appointed executive director of JSC "Dzerzhinskaya TETs". He was elected deputy of the Dzerzhinsk City Duma for single-member electoral district No. 18 in October 2005.
