Public Joint-Stock Company "Gorbatovskoye" is an agricultural enterprise in Pavlovsky District, Nizhny Novgorod Region, specializing in the production of raw cow's milk and the breeding of cattle. It was registered on October 25, 2000; its legal address is the village of Popadyino.[1] An earlier registration with the tax authorities dates to March 30, 1993, and with the Pension Fund to April 3, 1995, which points to Soviet or early-reform-era roots of the farm.[3]

Activities

The main line of business is the production of raw cow's milk (OKVED code 01.41.21). In addition, the enterprise grows cereals and legumes, raises poultry, and engages in a number of other activities — 16–20 types of activity are registered in total.[1][3] The charter capital is approximately 307,749 rubles. According to its 2025 financial statements, revenue reached 454.5 million rubles (+18% compared to the previous year), while the net loss was about 9 million rubles. The enterprise's assets are valued at 597.8 million rubles, equity at 208.6 million rubles, and fixed assets at 341 million rubles.[1] The enterprise uses a special tax regime — the unified agricultural tax (ESKhN).[1] The average headcount as of 2025 is 79 employees.[1]

Management and structure

Since October 12, 2020, the functions of the managing organization have been transferred to the limited liability company "Management Company Russkoye Pole" (INN 5262154504). According to reviews, the enterprise is part of a large agricultural holding.[1][3] The shareholder register is maintained by the Pavlovo branch of the closed joint-stock company "Registrar Intrako".[1] In February 2026, the organization changed its legal form from a joint-stock company to a public joint-stock company.[2]

Public procurement

The enterprise participates in the public procurement system: according to data at the time of the check, a total of 142 contracts worth 35.7 million rubles have been concluded.[1] Among the fulfilled contracts are snow removal services (883,850 rubles in 2021), wholesale trade in food products (about 2.09 million rubles), and bread supplies.[3] The main customers include "Gorbatovskoye ATU of Pavlovo Municipal District."[2]
