Brayttsev Gennadiy Aleksandrovich (born February 9, 1950) is an entrepreneur from Bor, founder and director of the trading and manufacturing company Noyabr-PRO, which produces bread, bakery, and confectionery products and operates grocery stores in the Bor Urban District [1][2]. He also headed the companies Noyabr and Spektr, and leads OOO Briz [3][4][5].

Education and Early Career

A radiophysicist by training, he graduated from the radiophysics faculty of Lobachevsky University. The university and faculty are covered in the articles Lobachevsky University and Radiophysics Faculty of Lobachevsky University.

Before entering business, he worked as a test engineer at the Gorky Aviation Plant named after S. Ordzhonikidze — now the Nizhny Novgorod Aviation Plant "Sokol".

Enterprises

Almost all of Brayttsev's companies are registered in Bor — at 19 Plekhanova Street, 4 Svobody Street, and 20 Koltsova Street, where the manufacturing firms are concentrated; their areas of activity are bread baking, food retail, and fish processing [1][3][4][6][7][5]. The exception is the production and commercial firm Bioresursy on Moscow Highway in Nizhny Novgorod, of which he was one of two founders [8].

The oldest of the Bor-based companies is OOO "Noyabr" (November), registered on November 28, 1991. From November 2002, Braitsev was one of its two founders and later became its director; the company traded in retail and wholesale food products, leased premises, and was struck off the register of legal entities in 2019 [3].

Production and Trade

In 2008, Braitsev spun off the fish business into two companies — Noyabr-R (January) and Noyabr-PF (December) [6][7]. The bakery LLC Spektr was incorporated on February 11, 2005, and struck from the register on December 3, 2015 [4].

He has headed LLC Briz since its registration on April 7, 2010. The company trades in groceries, bread, and confectionery; its stated activities include the production of rusks, biscuits, and long-shelf-life flour confectionery, as well as laundry and dry-cleaning services. In 2025 it employed ten people [5].

Noyabr-PRO

LLC Noyabr-PRO was registered on December 31, 2002; Braitsev is its sole founder and has been listed in the register as director since May 11, 2007 [1]. According to the company's own description, it was formed in December 2002 as a production enterprise and brought together specialists with many years of experience [2].

The product range, according to the company, exceeded one hundred items of bakery and confectionery products. In 2018 it published conformity declarations for Darnitsky bread, premium-grade wheat bread, rye-wheat bread, rye flatbreads, rolls and enriched-dough pastries, puff pastries, pound cakes, sponge-cake rolls, pastries, pizza, flour-based culinary products, breadcrumbs, and enriched rusks [2]. The second line of business is the retail and wholesale trade in food products, alcoholic beverages, and related goods [2].

The company's registered activities also include the production of pasta, fish processing, wholesale trade in bakery and flour confectionery products, fruit and vegetables, and the rental of its own premises [1]. In business directories the company also appears under fish products, with the sale of sea and river fish, roe, smoked fish, and salted fish [9].

The Noyabr-Pro bakery operates in the settlement of Oktyabrsky, on the second floor of 14a Oktyabrskaya Street, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. [10]; at the same address the company ran the Prichal store [2]. The mailing address is 20 Koltsova Street; the registered address has been moved from 19 Plekhanova Street to 4 Svobody Street [1][2].

Industry and public organizations

Member of the bakers' guild — Guild of Bakers and Confectioners of Nizhny Novgorod Region; in the register it is recorded as the non-commercial partnership "Nizhny Novgorod Guild of Bakers and Confectioners," registered on 30 May 2000 in Nizhny Novgorod. On 5 March 2013, Braitsev was appointed liquidator of the partnership, and on 31 May 2013 it was dissolved [11].

He was a member of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the administration of the city of Bor and of the committee of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Trade Union Organization of Trade, Entrepreneurship, and Public Catering Workers "Edinstvo," and was a member of the Rodina party.

He was a member of the Bor Association of Goods Producers (on its website — Bor Association of Goods Producers (bat.nnov.ru)). The Association was established on 23 June 1995; at its founding it united 12 major enterprises producing approximately 75% of the district's industrial output, and in the early 2000s it comprised 50 industrial, agricultural, construction, transport, and financial organizations (see Borsky District) [12].

He regularly took part in charitable events and exhibited his own products at trade shows.
