The GAZelle NEXT is a generation of light commercial vehicles from the Gorky Automobile Plant, production of which began on April 9, 2013.[1] It is a continuation of the GAZelle family, produced since 1994.
What changed
NEXT became the family's first truly new generation: the cab, suspension, brakes, and driver's seating position were all changed. The model lineup covered flatbed trucks, vans, and small-class buses.[2]
The further development of the line became the GAZelle NN, while the medium-tonnage niche was taken up by the GAZon NEXT.
