Vladimir Pavlovich Smirnov (born 23 July 1948) — director of the Nizhny Novgorod Medical Basic College since 1996, professor of the Department of Physiology and Biochemistry at the Lobachevsky University, Doctor of Medical Sciences. Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation.
