Education
Far Eastern State University (1966), specialty: law. His candidate's dissertation, "Presumptions in Soviet Law," was defended in 1969, and his doctoral dissertation, "Soviet Law as a Logical System," was defended in 1980. A follower of the scientific school of corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Law, Professor S.S. Alekseev.
