Chichaeva Valentina Nikolayevna (born 1 January 1939) is a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor, and head of the Department of Farm Animal Nutrition at the State Agricultural Academy.
Education
In 1960 she graduated with honors from the Gorky Agricultural Institute, majoring in animal husbandry (zootechny). Her candidate dissertation, "A comparative characterization of Gorky-breed and Hampshire sheep under the conditions of Gorky Oblast," was defended in 1965 at the Gorky Agricultural Institute, under the supervision of Professor A.A. Kapatsinskaya. Her doctoral dissertation, "Improving sheep nutrition through the standardization of sulfur-containing amino acids and sulfur in rations," was defended in 1989. She is a protégée of the scientific school of USSR State Prize laureate Professor A.A. Kapatsinskaya.
