Berezovy Klin (settlement) is an offshoot settlement of The village of Selektsiya. Founded in the 1950s as housing for research staff of the plant-breeding station and its service personnel.

To the left of the settlement lies a garden association of the same name.

Location

Berezovy Klin lies at the end of a paved road running from the M7 highway through the settlement of Selektsiya. The route continues to the railway line, where the terminus of the local bus route is located; to reach the settlement, one must cross the railway crossing and then continue to the right.

Transport access

  • From the Shcherbinki-2 bus station, public bus No. 53 runs here at the standard city fare (20 rubles), taking 15-20 minutes.

  • The cost of land plots in Berezovy Klin is around 200,000 rubles per hundred square meters of area (June 2013).
  • From Lesnaya Street, footpaths lead to Zelyony Gorod, about a kilometer long.
