Playing for "Nizhny Novgorod"
In the 2014/2015 season, Kinsey was one of the leaders of "Nizhny Novgorod". In 17 VTB United League games he averaged 12.9 points and 3.9 rebounds per game; in 15 EuroLeague games his averages were 13.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.[1]
In February 2015, during a practice session before a game against "Khimki" (which ended in an 86–94 loss), Kinsey suffered a tear of the short peroneal (fibularis brevis) muscle. The injury forced him to miss about three weeks; his return to the lineup was planned for the home EuroLeague game against "Baskonia" on March 12, 2015. At the time of the injury, the player was 30 years old.[1]
