Vinogradova Tatyana Pavlovna (born March 19, 1941) — professor at Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, professor at the UNESCO Chair of NNGASU, Candidate of Technical Sciences, associate professor.

Vinogradova T.P. is the author of more than two hundred publications, of the monograph "Nizhny Novgorod's Intelligentsia: Around N.A. Dobrolyubov", and of the picture-book "The Regally Situated City of Nizhny Novgorod on Old Postcards." She is one of the authors and the scientific editor of the books: "Nizhny Novgorod Book of Records and Achievements" and "785 Questions about Nizhny Novgorod." She is the author and host of the popular Nizhny Novgorod television program "Nizhny Novgorod Postcard."

She is a member of the international organizing committee of the UNESCO Symposium, takes part in preparing and running the annual International Forum "The Great Rivers," and heads the section of the forum's academic congress on "Preservation of Cultural Heritage."

Achievements

She was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd class medal (1999), a letter of gratitude from Patriarch Alexy II along with his Blessing, and the medals "For Contribution to the Heritage of the Peoples of Russia" and "For Fidelity to Principles and Devotion to the Cause."

She is a two-time laureate of the Nizhny Novgorod prize (1993 and 2003), and a laureate of the All-Russian competition of the Union of Architects of Russia.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was conferred by decision No. 44 of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma dated September 3, 2010.
