Education

Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, majoring in "Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation," civil engineer; completed three years of correspondence study at the open English university LING ("International Institute of Management"), majoring in "Professional Manager," and earned a certificate as a professional manager.

RFNC-VNIIEF — 1976–1989: head of the sanitary engineering and ventilation group; 1989–1992: deputy head of the steam-power shop (PSTs), process engineer.
