«Randevu» is a music-and-information radio station in Nizhny Novgorod, broadcasting on 103.4 FM. It was founded on July 14, 1992, making it the city's first FM radio station.[2][3] It is registered as Mass Media: certificate EL No. TU52-00773 dated November 15, 2012.[1] The editorial office is located at 121 Gorky Street, Kulibin Business Center.[1]

Format and Programming

The station positions itself as "music with meaning": its playlist changes throughout the day and includes contemporary Russian and European hits as well as popular tracks from the 1970s–1990s by domestic and foreign artists.[4][5] In addition to music, the station also broadcasts news bulletins.[6]

By May 2012, Randevu was part of the MS Holding media group, alongside the Volga television company, radio station Business FM, NTA-Privolzhye news agency, and a number of other assets. From December 2011, the holding was headed by Dmitry Raskopin, who had previously served as director of the public relations and information department of the Nizhny Novgorod city administration.[*]
