She worked at the school named after the 50th Anniversary of October in the town of Priozersk: first as a primary school teacher (1971), then as deputy director for teaching and methodology (1976), and from 1979 as the school's director. From 1984 she was deputy director for teaching and educational work, and from 1987 director of Municipal Secondary School No. 49 of the Soviet District of Nizhny Novgorod.

Advanced pedagogical technologies, management in education, modernization of contemporary education.

Main achievements

Author of a number of publications in the journal "Pedagogical Herald" and in supplements to the "Teacher's Newspaper," devoted to the modernization of Russian education and new approaches to teaching and raising the younger generation.

Honorary titles, state awards

Named "Teacher of the Year" following the results of the all-Russian "Director of the Year" competition. Holds the titles "Senior Teacher" (1987) and "Distinguished Worker of Public Education" (1992), and was awarded honorary certificates of the Ministry of Education of the RSFSR (1990) and of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (1995). For creative work she was repeatedly recognized with certificates and diplomas from the Ministry of Education of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and from the Department of Education and Social and Legal Protection of Childhood of Nizhny Novgorod, with letters of gratitude from the administration of Nizhny Novgorod and from the Regional Legislative Assembly.

Membership in public, scientific, and other organizations

She was a trusted representative of A. Bochkarev, a deputy of the City Council of Nizhny Novgorod.
