Kuzmin Nikolay Ivanovich (born January 1, 1953) — a Nizhny Novgorod business manager, long-serving general director of the Ilinogorsk compound feed plant "Izkorm" in the Volodarsky District of Nizhny Novgorod Region, and elected deputy from Volodarsky District.[1][2]

The Ilinogorsk Compound Feed Plant

The plant was built in 1972 next to the workers' settlement of Ilinogorsk, alongside the "Ilinogorskoe" pig-farming complex, which had begun construction in 1970 based on a design by an Italian firm and was planned for a capacity of 108,000 pigs per year. The complex produced its first output in December 1972, and the dedicated compound feed plant was intended to supply it with feed.[1]

The plant's first directors were Evgeniy Nikolaevich Sudakov and Nikolay Pavlovich Sizov, after whom the enterprise was headed by Gennadiy Nikolaevich Umnitsin. Under Kuzmin, the plant — reorganized as the joint-stock company "Izkorm" — produced various types of compound feed and mineral supplements, supplying them to enterprises across Russia and the near abroad.[1]

"Izkorm"

The open joint-stock company "Ilinogorsk Compound Feed Plant 'Izkorm'" was registered on July 1, 1990, at the address: settlement of Ilinogorsk, Promyshlennaya Street, building 8. Its primary line of business was listed as the production of prepared feeds for farm animals.[3]

From December 28, 2019, the enterprise was managed by a bankruptcy trustee; in its final years of operation, the staff was reduced to zero. By order of the arbitration court, the bankruptcy proceedings were concluded, and on December 30, 2025, the company was liquidated.[3] A limited liability company of the same name, registered in Ilinogorsk in 2017 by different owners, has also been undergoing bankruptcy proceedings since 2023.[4]
