Major Contracts

In December 2025, Mostoproektstroy received a contract worth approximately 828.2 million rubles for the construction of an annex to School No. 103 in the Verkhniye Pechyory microdistrict of Nizhny Novgorod — one of the most overcrowded schools in the city. The company's bid was the only one submitted, against a starting price of 832.3 million rubles; of the total amount, 6.8 million rubles are allocated for the preparation of working documentation. The work must be completed by May 31, 2027. The previous contractor — OOO Remstroy, which had concluded the first contract in November 2024 for 983.6 million rubles — was dismissed by the municipal client GlavUKS in September 2025 due to failure to meet the work schedule.[1]

In September 2026, the Prosecutor's Office of Nizhny Novgorod issued Mostoproektstroy a formal warning in connection with the conduct of major repairs to the building of School No. 123 in Gvozdilnaya Street, Leninsky District.

The warning was issued by Nizhny Novgorod Prosecutor Igor Mokichev following an on-site inspection of compliance with legislation during the major renovation of schools under the national project "Youth and Children"; the prosecutor stressed the mandatory observance of contract terms and work deadlines.[6]

School No. 123 on Gvozdilnaya Street was closed for major renovation in 2025; the previous contractor — Master Krovli LLC from Cheboksary — terminated its contract with GlavUKS by mutual agreement in February 2026, having completed only 5.6 million rubles' worth of work out of the 132.5 million rubles stipulated in the contract.[8]
