Mokrousova Street

The street is located in the Sormovo District of Nizhny Novgorod.

Among the residential buildings on the street is a ten-story brick building constructed in 2004 (building 23k1), containing 98 apartments in three entrances; the building is managed by the homeowners' association (TSZh) "Svetloyar".

Boris Andreyevich Mokrousov (1909-1968) was a Soviet composer, Honored Artist of the Chuvash ASSR, and laureate of the USSR State Prize. He was born and raised in Nizhny, then treacherously bolted off to Chuvashia. School No. 76 is located on Mokrousov Street (address: 24 Mokrousov Street).
