Mikhail Vasilyevich Dolov (born 5 November 1934) — professor of the Department of Differential Equations and Mathematical Analysis at Lobachevsky University. Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
Education
Arzamas Teachers' Institute, majoring in "physics and mathematics," 1953 (diploma with honors); Gorky State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky, majoring in "mathematics," 1962 (diploma with honors); postgraduate studies in the same specialty in 1967. He has worked at Gorky State University since 1962, heading the Department of Theory of Functions (1985–1989) and the Department of Differential Equations and Mathematical Analysis (1989–2000).

Founder of the scientific field of the theory of canonical and quasi-canonical first integrals and the theory of Darboux-integrable systems. Author of about 150 scientific papers published in the journals "Differential Equations," "Soviet Mathematics (Izvestiya VUZ)," "Russian Mathematical Surveys," "Differential and Integral Equations," "Vestnik of Nizhny Novgorod University," "Proceedings of the Middle Volga Mathematical Society," and in the proceedings of international, all-union, and all-Russian scientific conferences. Under M.V. Dolov's scientific supervision, 8 candidate dissertations have been defended.
