Teacher in schools of the region; correspondent for the newspaper "Molodoy Leninets" (Volgograd); artistic director of the House of Culture in the village of Krasny Oselok, Nizhny Novgorod Region. Published in the magazines "Yunost", "Selskaya Molodyozh", "Molodaya Gvardiya", "Volga", "Niva", the weekly "Literaturnaya Rossiya", the almanacs "Den Poezii", "Poeziya", and others. Author of the poetry collections "Pod Solntsem" ("Under the Sun", Molodaya Gvardiya, 1977), "Lazur" ("Azure", Sovremennik, 1989), "Lyskovskiye Perezvony" ("Lyskovo Chimes", Logos, Moscow, 1996); "Zov Nebes" ("Call of the Heavens"), "Svyataya Lyubov" ("Holy Love"), "Detsky Mesyatseslov" ("Children's Calendar of Saints"), "Prazdnikov Svetlykh Sosedstvo" ("The Neighborhood of Bright Holidays", a devotional book for children), "Plach iz Plena" ("Lament from Captivity"); the plays "Lyubvi Neizrechenny Svet" ("The Ineffable Light of Love"), "Slavsya, Paskha Krasnaya" ("Glory to Thee, Fair Easter"), and others. Composers A. Zavolokin, S. Smirnov, B. Sazonov, and T. Tatarinova have set her poems to music.

Laureate of the Boris Kornilov Prize.

Membership in public, scientific, and other organizations

Member of the Union of Writers of the Russian Federation. A member of the "Metsenat" ("Patron") charitable foundation. Since 1992 has led the children's literary group "Lyskovskiye Kolokolchiki" ("Lyskovo Bells").

Hobbies

Gardening, vegetable growing, fishing.
