Smirnova Lyudmila Mikhailovna (born 28 February 1951) — director of the construction firm "Kartel" ("Cartel").

GISI named after V.P. Chkalov (1974), civil engineer.

Key facts of career

She took part in the construction of the Ust-Ilimsk Hydroelectric Power Station and the Ust-Ilimsk timber industry complex. In 1993 she returned to Nizhny Novgorod, working as head of a construction and assembly section at OOO "Arnika" ("Arnica"). In 1995 she founded her first construction firm — "Aska". In February 2005 she took part in the annual meeting of members of the International Union of Economists on housing finance and urban development (UN headquarters, Nairobi, Kenya).
