Kashchenko, Petr Petrovich (1858 — February 19, 1920) — a renowned Russian Soviet physician, psychiatrist, and public and zemstvo figure.

In 1889–1904, director of the psychiatric hospital of the Nizhny Novgorod zemstvo — the "Lyakhovo colony."
