dino.sadkomed.ru is the website of the children's dental clinic "Dinozubrik" ("Dino-Toothy"), opened by the Nizhny Novgorod clinic chain "Sadko" [3]. The site runs on a subdomain of the Sadko chain's domain, its earliest surviving copy dates to 2009 [1], and it is included in the NN Top100 traffic ranking of Nizhny Novgorod websites [5].

History

According to the site itself, the specialized children's clinic appeared in 2006, when the first paid children's dental clinic, "Dinozubrik," opened [3].

On the earliest surviving copy of the site, dated November 30, 2009, the page was titled "Children's Dentistry DINOZUBRIK: Treatment of Baby Teeth and Permanent Teeth Without Pain." The home page opened with a children's poem inviting kids to visit Dinozubrik — to watch a cartoon, "fly off to space" in the chair, and pick a filling in their favorite color. The site's sections covered the treatment of children's teeth, hygiene, orthodontics, anesthesia, diagnostics, materials and technologies, and the clinic's doctors; the footer carried the line "Sadko Clinic Chain © 1998–2008" [1].

By the summer of 2012, the site described the family dental clinic "Dinozubrik" in the historic part of Nizhny Novgorod: a children's department with six treatment rooms and a hall for parties and games, plus a separate department for adults. The site had gained a "School of Friends of Dinozubrik" section, a schedule of classes in the play room, and "Tips from Dinozubrik" — on the order in which teeth come in, preventing cavities, nutrition, and the habit of brushing teeth — as well as the "Dinozubrik anthem," which visitors could listen to [2].

In January 2018, the page was titled "Children's Dentistry 'Dinozubrik' in Nizhny Novgorod." The clinic was by then operating in four districts of the city, and the site described how it was set up: play-based appointments, a treatment room that does not suggest medical procedures, a large plush Dinozubrik, computer games, drawing, and building sets in every branch [3]. In May 2022, the site reported that four more branches had been opened since 2006 and listed five Dinozubrik addresses; the site now had a version for the visually impaired, sections for reviews and for questions to a doctor, and a news item dated June 1, 2020 about Dinozubrik winning a nationwide ranking remained in the news feed [4].
