Labuza Denis Ivanovich (born March 25, 1974) — president of CJSC "Class Plus". Until December 2006 he held the post of Minister of Support and Development of Small Business, the Consumer Market and Services of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Main facts of career
He began his working life as an accompanist at School No. 168 in 1991. In 1992 he moved into business. He subsequently headed a number of enterprises in the Nizhny Novgorod Region: 1993–1995 — deputy director of the limited partnership "Lako"; 1995–2000 — director of the production and trading company "Class", which he himself founded and which was the first in the Nizhny Novgorod Region to produce paving stones; 2000–2003 — director of CJSC "Class Plus"; 2003–2004 — director of the state institution "Fund for the Support of Small Business of the Nizhny Novgorod Region". In April 2004 he entered state service as deputy minister of economy and entrepreneurship development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and in September 2005, by order of the governor, was appointed Minister of Support and Development of Small Business, the Consumer Market and Services of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
