Dalnyaya Street is a street in Nizhny Novgorod. It is located in the Nizhegorodsky District; the nearby streets include Barminskaya, Maslyakova, Ilyinskaya, Maxim Gorky, and Malaya Yamskaya.[1]
Buildings and Character of the Street
The street combines a mixed range of buildings: among its houses are examples of wooden architecture, including merchants' estates and houses of interest for the historic appearance of the city.[2] Alongside pre-revolutionary buildings, multi-storey residential blocks have been built on the street: for instance, building No. 8 is a 10–11-storey building constructed in 2017 with an underground parking garage.[1]

Commercial businesses operate on Dalnyaya Street. At No. 17a is the trading and manufacturing company "Mir podarochnoy upakovki" ("World of Gift Packaging"), which deals in corrugated and plastic packaging, as well as paper and gift packaging.[3] At No. 39/5 (7th floor) there are office premises.[2]
