Anna Yuryevna Prasikova (born May 8, 1978) is a Nizhny Novgorod manager, coach, and wellness practitioner. She served as Chief Operating Officer of the Nizhny Novgorod Internet portal NNOV, and before that worked in the press office of the Gorky Automobile Plant[1]. She is co-founder of the language exchange service i2istudy[1]. She also led group fitness classes at the Nizhny Novgorod fitness club Elite Sport — from step aerobics to strength training[2] — and was its public face on membership cards and billboards. Since 2013 she has lived in the United States, where she has built her own fitness community, Anna Club[3]. She is co-author of four peer-reviewed academic papers on gamification and online learning[4]. She also writes poetry and prose[5][6].

Education and Career

She attended a Nizhny Novgorod gymnasium from 1984 to 1995, then studied until 2000 at the Volga Engineering and Pedagogical University (now Minin University), graduating as a linguist; her profile also lists the Volgo-Vyatskaya Gosudarstvennoy Sluzhby Academy[1].

From February 2002 to September 2003 she worked as press manager at the Gorky Automobile Plant[1].

She then became Chief Operating Officer of the Nizhny Novgorod internet company NNOV, a portal on the Region's geographic domain that has been operating since 1996[1].

From May 2013, she was a co-founder of i2istudy, a language exchange service developed by the Nizhny Novgorod company "i2i-Contact"; Anna was among the first to test the service herself[1].

Elite Sport: Aerobics, Step, and Strength Training

At the Nizhny Novgorod fitness club Elite Sport, she taught aerobics, step aerobics, strength training, and stretching. Her qualifications were confirmed by three FISAF certificates — "Group Programme Instructor: Classical Aerobics," "Group Programme Instructor: Step Aerobics," and "Group Programme Instructor: Strength Training"[2].

Before fitness, she trained at the "Fantaziya" ballroom dance studio under the direction of Dmitry Filyanushkin, ran ten-kilometre marathons, and studied psychology[2]. In summer she led group Sunday classes outdoors at Vodnik Stadium, and her portrait was used by the club on membership cards and city billboards alike. She traveled on club fitness tours.

Anna Club

Since 2013 she has lived in the United States, where her fitness work grew into a business of its own — the Anna Club fitness community, of which she is the owner, head trainer, and face of the brand. The motto is brief: "fitness that works out"[3].

The business rests on three pillars. The first is daily online classes: a daily forty-minute iRun session and hour-long CA Hot Iron, CA Step Interval, and CA ABS/Stretch classes. The second is destination retreats and fitness tours: camps at Lake Tahoe in California, trips to Mexico, and group excursions to San Francisco. The third is the community itself: the closed group "FIZkul'turniki!" has been running since 2014 and has gathered more than five hundred members[3].

Her audience is Russian-speaking while the branding is in English; by 2026 the club's page had accumulated more than three dozen reviews, every one of them recommending it[3].

For the haiku competition on the NNOV.ORG portal, Anna Prasikova submitted a selection of eighteen three-line poems — featuring sushi bars, a washing machine, Marx and Engels, and a telescope fish[6]. The lines below are separated by a forward slash.

On Proza.ru her author's page hosts two fairy tales — "A Tale About a Button" (January 2009) and "A Tale of Love and the Goldfish" (March 2009); by 2026 they had been read approximately two thousand three hundred times[5].

Back during her Nizhny Novgorod years, the Elite Sport instructors' page described her briefly: she has a passion for poetry and publishes her own collections of verse[2].

Family

Married to entrepreneur Ilya Osipov. Two children: Savva, born in 2004, and Varvara, born in 2010.
