1990 — engineer at the design bureau (OKB) of one of the electronic instrument-making enterprises; 1993–2001 — president of AOZT "Brig" (a diversified innovation company engaged in developing and implementing automated control systems at industrial and power facilities); 2001–2002 — commercial director of OOO "SpetsStroyStandart" (construction and repair of buildings and structures, installation of special engineering systems); 2002 (April–November) — director of the association of enterprises of the Basmanny District of Moscow (promoting the district's socio-economic development, supporting initiatives of the population and authorities, targeted social assistance to the population, development and implementation of targeted programs in the housing and communal services sector); 2002–2004 — first deputy director of the Moscow city unitary enterprise "Directorate of the Single Customer of the Basmanny District"; since 2004 — director of the Moscow city unitary enterprise "Directorate of the Single Customer of the Basmanny District." He was a member of the working group of the Commission on Municipal Economy of the Moscow City Duma for the preparation and implementation of a pilot project on optimizing the heat supply of residential buildings.
