In September 2026, the Land and Property Relations Council under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of land plots for two major projects by the group in Dzerzhinsk.[1] The combined investment volume for both projects exceeds 4 billion rubles.[1]

  • Industrial Park — a plot of over 111,000 sq. m on Nizhegorodskoe Highway in Dzerzhinsk. The total floor area is 32,000 sq. m; the format is "light industrial" (production and warehouse units for lease). The project cost is 1.1 billion rubles, with a completion timeline of 84 months.[1]
  • Two distribution centers — combined building area of over 60,000 sq. m, with an investment volume of 3 billion rubles.[1]

According to General Director Vladimir Nazarov, the projects are driven by an acute shortage of premises with floor areas of up to 3,000 sq. m. in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.[1] Deputy Chairman of the regional government Artur Batursky announced the development parameters while commenting on the council's decision.[1] At the time of approval, four private industrial parks were operating in the Region: Zavolzhsky Motor Plant (mechanical engineering), Oka-Polimer (petrochemicals), an eco-industrial park (recycling and waste disposal), and Technopark Real-Invest (chemical industry).[1]
