Electronic measurements: measuring modulation parameters and distortions in the paths of forming, transmitting and receiving modulated oscillations of various kinds. Measurement of phase difference, non-uniformity of frequency response and delay characteristics; amplitude, frequency and phase detection; metrology, standards and reference installations.

Monographs: "Distortion of Frequency-Modulated Oscillations," "Measurement of Nonlinear Distortions"; author of more than 90 papers, including in periodicals such as: "Radiotekhnika," "Izmeritelnaya Tekhnika," "Elektrosvyaz" and others; delivered more than 150 reports, including at 5 international conferences and plenary sessions of 8 all-Union conferences; as well as reports abroad (in Hungary, the GDR, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Lithuania). Holds 36 USSR author's certificates for inventions, about a third of which have been implemented in industry.
