GPI named after A. A. Zhdanov (1949), radio engineering, postgraduate study at GPI (1952). From 1953 — Candidate of Technical Sciences; from 1964 — Doctor of Technical Sciences; 1960–1974 — head of the Department of Radio Engineering Systems; 1992 — professor of the Department of Information Radio Systems; 1972–1988 — rector of GPI named after A. A. Zhdanov.
Main facts of activity
Author of 2 monographs, 6 textbooks and study guides, and more than 150 scholarly articles and conference papers. Among his students are 11 doctors and 26 candidates of science. Under his direction a number of fundamental studies were carried out in the field of statistical radio engineering, radiolocation, and mathematical modeling of complex processes and objects. As rector of the institute he made a major contribution to the development of its material and technical base and the organization of the educational process and scholarly research.
