Kosmachev Vyacheslav Borisovich (born January 17, 1951) is a Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneur, founder and long-time director of LLC "Firma TSS" — one of the oldest automobile dealerships in the region, operating since 1993.[1][2]
Firma TSS
The company was registered on February 19, 1993, in Nizhny Novgorod, at 4v Udmurtskaya Street.[1] Its business encompassed the sale of automobiles and spare parts, vehicle servicing, and the delivery of commercial vehicles to the regions: GAZ, UAZ, VAZ, products from ZMZ and the Zavolzhye Small Car Plant.
The automotive branch under this brand continues to operate in 2026: the TSS Auto Group traces its history to 1993, sells vehicles from the Gorky Automobile Plant as well as a number of other brands — Forland, Ambertruck, Dongfeng, Nemo, and Amberavto A5 — and lists the same "Firma TSS" as its legal entity.[2]
Change of Generation
On May 31, 2021, Kosmachev Oleg Vyacheslavovich became director and sole founder of LLC "Firma TSS."[1] The company itself remains active, but its primary line of business is now recorded not as automobile sales but as the rental and management of commercial real estate; its revenue for 2025 was 72 million rubles.[1]

Kosmachev graduated from Gorky State University named after N. I. Lobachevsky — now Lobachevsky University — in 1973 with a degree in mathematics.
