Anoshkin Vladimir Petrovich (born February 8, 1955) is the general director of OOO "Nash Dom", which oversees 32 small enterprises, OOO "Zhilservis No. 1" through "No. 32". It services the housing stock in the Avtozavodsky district and part of the Leninsky district.

From 1973 to 1975 – military service. From 1975 to 1998 – worked at the Gorky Automobile Plant, rising from electrician to deputy head of the housing and utilities management department of OAO "GAZ". From 1998 – deputy head of the administration of the Avtozavodsky district of the city of Nizhny Novgorod. 2002 – first deputy head of the administration of the Avtozavodsky district. From 2003 – general director of the municipal enterprise "Housing and Utilities Management of the Avtozavodsky District". From 2006 – general director of OOO "Nash Dom".
