Since 1998 he has been dealing, in various positions, with the elimination of former chemical weapons production facilities in the city of Dzerzhinsk: assistant to the external manager of OAO "Kaprolaktam" for the destruction of former chemical weapons production facilities, director of Plant No. 10. From December 2001 to the present — General Director of OAO "Kaprolaktam-Dzerzhinsk".
