«Veles NN» is a Nizhny Novgorod design and construction-expertise firm that has been operating since 2008 (the legal entity was registered on 2 July 2010).[1] Its full official name is Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu «Veles NN» (Limited Liability Company «Veles NN»), OGRN 1105263006441, INN 5263080573. The company is located in Nizhny Novgorod; its registered address is 1A Suetinsky Street, and it also operates in practice at 13 Pochainskaya Street.[2]

Activities

The company's primary activity under OKVED (the Russian national classifier of economic activities) is architectural design (71.11.1); it also carries out eight additional lines of work, including inspection and testing of construction materials, products, and structures; cost estimating; and engineering-systems design (heating, water supply, ventilation, and electrical networks).[4] The organisation holds two licences and is a member of two SROs (self-regulatory organisations).[3] Since 16 July 2015 the director and sole founder has been Yakishin Sergey Viktorovich.[1]

Participation in major projects

In 2026, Veles NN was one of the developers of the design documentation for the restoration of the Eastern Block of the «Krasnye Kazarmy» (Red Barracks) in Nizhny Novgorod — jointly with OOO «Istoki», OOO «Ventservis», and OOO «Ekspertnoye regionalnoye agentstvo v oblasti pozharnoy bezopasnosti». The developer for this project is OOO «Vesenniye Investitsii». The state review of the project was carried out by GAU of Nizhny Novgorod Region «Upravleniye gosudarstvennoy ekspertizy proyektnoy dokumentatsii i rezultatov inzhenernykh izyskaniy» (the State Expert Review Directorate for Project Documentation and Engineering Survey Results): in August 2026 the organisation initially issued a negative opinion, after which a second review concluded with a positive result.
