Teleoka.rf is the website of the Nizhny Novgorod-based provider TeleOka LLC, a cable television and internet operator in the town of Pavlovo in Nizhny Novgorod Region. The web archive captured the first snapshots of the site in 2012–2013; by March 2013 the domain was already fully operational.[1] The resource was listed in the directory of Pavlovo websites as of September 3, 2012.[3]

The site combined the functions of a subscriber's personal account and an information platform: it published company news, the TV program schedule, current and archived rates, information on payment and technical support, as well as a section for advertisers. The TeleOka LLC office was located at 40 Kuybysheva Street, Pavlovo.[2]
